职位介绍：

按照迪士尼标准完成各种室内外栏杆以及道具跟办公室墙体的修复以及刷新工作，已确保园区在不同环境和场景下的完美艺术表现，为游客创造美好的沉浸式体验

工作内容：

·      利用各种手段完成除锈，油，灰尘，油漆等表面准备工作，做好现场的成品保护工作

·      能够完成排队区的栏杆及办公室墙体及家具的油漆维修工作

·      熟悉和了解常用油漆的基本属性信息

·      能够理解跟体会高级艺术画师的指导

·      能够很好的理解跟执行艺术指导团队专家的技术要求跟指导

·      对工匠提供一定技术指导

·      正确穿戴PPE个人防护用品，如呼吸面罩，手套，安全眼镜等

·      使用脚手架，梯子和举升机等，辅助以个人防护用品PPE安全完成登高作

·      根据要求可推拉举升23KG左右的零件，搬运15KG的工具设备

·      遵守安全承诺

·      保持工作环境整洁和有序化并遵守环保要求

·      能够扫码完成材料申领工作

·      利用迪士尼电子工作单系统完成指定工作并跟踪更新工单状况

·      管理第三方相关工作人员

我们希望您：

·      具备标准流利的普通话沟通能力和良好的中文书面表达能力，拥有阅读和理解蓝图的能力 ；

·      八年以上的建筑施工经验，并有良好的预防性维护工作或者建筑施工经验。（具有多设施或多技能的经验者优先）

·      能够适应长期通宵班的工作；能够接受周末及节假日所有可能的班次（例如：早班、中班、通宵班）

·      拥有阅读和理解蓝图的能力，能够完成对假山或者道具的调色工作并且能够独立完成对假山跟道具的修复工作

·      具有很高的积极性、可靠和良好的沟通技巧

·      思维敏锐和身体健康（可能需要在持续活动中进行工作，例如步行或在车辆上;手持材料和工具）

·      积极主动应对客户的要求

·      能够和同事自由轻松的进行沟通和交流

·      无论是单独工作还是在团队中工作都能够值得信赖和可靠

·      拥有简单的计算机技能，能够准确报告信息并在文档中记录

·      有驾驶执照和登高资格证书的优先

Welcome to the Facility and Operation Services Team

You will have the perfect stage to showcase your extensive technical experience. In this role, you will leverage your advanced technical skillset to ensure our park’s facilities continue to achieve operational excellence. By ensuring the smooth operation of every magical experience and contributing to our many industry awards and honors, you will help carry forward Disney’s spirit of craftsmanship.

Job Summary:

To do maintenance work or new paint work in accordance with the Disney standard on different  railings, show props and office walls to ensure the park environments and scenes are all in good show, ensure a good immersive experience for visitors.

What You’ll Do:

·      Use various methods to complete surface preparation work such as rust removal, oil, dust, paint, etc., and protect the finished products on site

·      Ability to complete the paint repair work of railings and office walls

·      Basic knowledge of paint on finishing products

·      Be able to understand and experience the guidance from senior artistic

·      Be able to understand and execute the technical requirements and instructions of DSQ expert

·      Provide some technical guidance to tradesman in daily work

·      Properly wear PPE, such as mask, gloves and safety glasses, etc.

·      Use scaffolding, ladder, man lifts, etc. and the associated PPE to meet safety standards for working at height

·      Be able to lift 50 LBs and carry 30 LBs

·      Demonstrate a visible commitment to safety

·      Maintain cleanliness and take appropriate steps to protect the environment.

·      Be able to scan the code for applying the materials

·      Managing assigned workload and tracking work order’s status through use of MAXIMO system

·      Be able to manage the vendor workers work well

What To Bring:

·       More than eight years of construction experience, and good preventive maintenance work or construction experience. (Multi-facility or multi-skill experience is preferred)

·      Available to work on Saturday and Sunday, all shifts (day shift, mid shift, night shift) as deemed required by management according to the work schedule, willing to follow and accept instructions, available to work on holidays

·      Ability to read and understand blueprints, ability to mix theme color for the rockwork and props and independently complete touch ups and repainted

·      Should be highly motivated, reliable, and possess good communications skills

·      Mentally alert and physically fit (may be required to work on constant movement on foot or in vehicle; material and tools)

·      Proactive to guest requests

·      Communicates and interacts freely and at ease with fellow Cast Members

·      Reliable and dependable whether working individually or in a group

·      Have the basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.), accurately report information and record in the document

·      Have driving license and AWP certificate are preferred
