职位介绍：

根据迪士尼标准完成酒店客房以及工区的各种木饰面，五金件，油漆，涂料，墙纸，家具，地面，墙面等的维修保养工作以及漏水修复等工作，已确保酒店呈现最好的演出状态，为游客创造美好的沉浸式体验。

工作内容：

• 拥有使用各种小型手动工具的能力
• 根据业务需要，安排及时处理紧急工单，灵活应对现场突发情况，组织及协调其他专业团队完成应急抢险等工作
• 不定期查看仓库物料及工具使用情况，及时反馈，协助采购备货等
• 协助经理对团队进行管理
• 对团队提供日常专业技术指导，牵头复杂维修工作，把控团队整体维修工作质量
• 在上海迪士尼度假区内进行一般维修和预防性维护，能够完成建筑正常修复和预防性工作以及翻新项目
• 利用各种手段完成除锈，油，灰尘，油漆等表面准备工作，做好现场的成品保护工作
• 熟悉跟了解常用油漆的基本属性信息
• 能够很好的理解跟执行DSQ 专家的技术要求跟指导
• 对中级工匠提供一些技术指导
• 能够对承包商进行很好的管理
• 正确穿戴PPE个人防护用品，如呼吸面罩，手套，安全眼镜等
• 使用脚手架，梯子和举升机等，辅助以个人防护用品PPE安全完成登高作
• 根据要求可推拉举升23KG左右的零件，搬运15KG的工具设备
• 遵守安全承诺
• 保持工作环境整洁和有序化并遵守环保要求
• 能够扫码完成材料申领工作
• 利用迪士尼电子工作单系统完成指定工作并跟踪更新工单状况

我们希望您：

·      八年以上的建筑施工经验，并有良好的预防性维护工作或者建筑施工经验。（具有多设施或多技能的经验者优先）根据工作安排有必要时可以在周六和周日进行所有的排班（例如：早班、中班、晚班），愿意听从指示并接受指示

·      可在假期工作

·      拥有阅读和理解蓝图的能力

·      具有很高的积极性、可靠和良好的沟通技巧

·      思维敏锐和身体健康（可能需要在持续活动中进行工作，例如步行或在车辆上;手持材料和工具）

Welcome to the Facility and Operations Services Team

No matter what role you have in the Attractions Operations, Central Shops, Facilities and Operations Services or Horticulture, you will have the opportunity to exercise your skills. You will collaborate with dedicated Cast Members, exchanging ideas and learning from one another as you work together to bring the magic to life.

Job Summary:

According to Disney standards, complete the maintenance and repair work of various wooden finishes, hardware, paints, coatings, wallpapers, furniture, floors, walls, etc. in hotel guest rooms and work areas, as well as water leakage repairs, to ensure that the hotel presents the best performance state and creates a wonderful immersive experience for tourists.

What You’ll Do:

·      Use various methods to complete surface preparation work such as rust removal, oil, dust, paint, etc., and protect the finished products on site

·      As required, lead to complete UCH work orders on time, respond flexibly to emergencies on site, organize and coordinate other teams for emergency rescue at any time according to business requirements

·      Perform inventory checking of spare parts, material and tools in warehouse time to time, feedback and support purchase

·      Assist manager to manage the team

·      Provide technical guidance to mason team in daily work, lead complex repair tasks, and monitor team repair work quality

·      You will perform general repairs and preventative maintenance throughout the Shanghai Disney resort.

·      Basic knowledge of paint on finishing products

·      Be able to understand and execute the technical requirements and instructions of DSQ expert

·      Provide some technical guidance to tradesman in daily work

·      Be able to manage the vendor workers work well

·      Properly wear PPE, such as mask, gloves and safety glasses, etc.

·      Use scaffolding, ladder, man lifts, etc. and the associated PPE to meet safety standards for working at height

·      Be able to lift 50 LBs and carry 30 LBs

·      Demonstrate a visible commitment to safety

·      Maintain cleanliness and take appropriate steps to protect the environment.

·      Be able to scan the code for applying the materials

·      Managing assigned workload and tracking work order’s status through use of MAXIMO system

What To Bring:

• More than eight years of construction experience, and good preventive maintenance work or construction experience. (Multi-facility or multi-skill experience is preferred)
• Available to work on Saturday and Sunday, all shifts (day shift, mid shift, night shift) as deemed required by management according to the work schedule, willing to follow and accept instructions
• Available to work on holidays
• Ability to read and understand blueprints
• Candidates for this position should be highly motivated, reliable, and possess good communications skills
• Mentally alert and physically fit (may be required to work on constant movement on foot or in vehicle; material and tools)
• Respect for fellow Cast Members (diversity)
• Proactive to Guest requests
• Communicates and interacts freely and at ease with fellow Cast Members
• Reliable/dependable whether working individually or in a group
• Have the computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.), accurately report information and record in the document
• Have driving license and AWP certificate are preferred
• Possess standard and fluent Mandarin communication skills and excellent Chinese written expression abilities.
