职位介绍：

根据迪士尼标准完成各种室内外道路铺装、墙面及栏杆主题雕刻、彩色混凝土及漏水等修复工作，已确保园区在不同环境和场景下的完美艺术表现，为游客创造美好的沉浸式体验。

工作内容：

·      能够独立完成瓦工日常维修工作，如地砖、石材等路面铺装、勾缝、打胶、瓷砖及马赛克铺贴、彩色混凝土路面修复等相关养护工作，做好现场的施工保护及成品保护工作

·      能够独立完成复杂的墙面主题抹灰、彩色混凝土、栏杆及其他饰面等的主题雕刻维修工作

·      可以组织完成常规漏水检查、维修及玻璃更换工作

·      对团队提供日常专业技术指导，领导复杂维修工作，把控团队整体维修工作质量

·      组织交接班会议，完成经理或领班布置的各项工作任务，及时汇报未完成事项及建议合理措施等

·      根据业务需要，安排及时处理紧急工单，灵活应对现场突发情况，组织及协调其他专业团队完成应急抢险等工作

·      不定期查看仓库物料及工具使用情况，及时反馈，协助采购备货等

·      熟练使用瓦工相关的手动工具和电动工具

·      保证泥瓦养护工作开园的标准（例如：地面铺装牢固、环境整洁、无特殊气味等）

·      正确穿戴PPE个人防护用品，如呼吸面罩，手套，安全眼镜等

·      使用脚手架，梯子和举升机等，辅助以个人防护用品PPE安全完成登高作业 

·      根据要求可推拉举升23KG左右的零件，搬运15KG的工具设备

·      遵守安全承诺，保持工作环境整洁和有序化并遵守环保要求

我们希望您：

·      具备标准流利的普通话沟通能力和良好的中文书面表达能力，拥有阅读和理解蓝图的能力 ；

·      八年以上的建筑施工经验，并有良好的预防性维护工作或者建筑施工经验（具有多设施或多技能的经验者优先）

·      能够适应长期通宵班的工作；能够接受周末及节假日所有可能的班次（例如：早班、中班、通宵班）

·      拥有阅读和理解蓝图的能力，能独立完成高难度瓦工作业（例如：主题雕刻、主题彩混、漏水维修等）

·      具有良好的组织协调能力，有良好的团队合作精神和沟通技巧

·      需要在持续活动中进行工作例如步行或在车辆上手持材料和工具

·      积极主动应对维修业务的要求

·      拥有简单的计算机技能，能够准确报告信息并在文档中记录

·      有驾驶执照和登高资格证书的优先

By ensuring the smooth operation of every magical experience and contributing to our many industry awards and honors, you will help carry forward Disney’s spirit of craftsmanship.

Job Summary:

To do maintenance work or new mason work in accordance with the Disney standard on different indoor or outdoor floor paving, wall theme plaster and railing epoxy sculpture, color concrete and water leakage repair work, to ensure the park environments and scenes are all in good show, ensure a good immersive experience for visitors.

What You’ll Do:

·      Competent to complete the mason daily work independently, such as floor brick or stone paving, sealant, grout work, tiles or mosaic repair, color concrete road maintenance work, and perform site construction protection and finish protection

·      Competent to complete repair work of complexed wall theme plaster, color concrete, railings and other theme epoxy sculpture work

·      Organize the team member to detect, repair water leakage issue and glass replacement

·      Provide technical guidance to mason team in daily work, lead complex repair tasks, and monitor team repair work quality

·      Organize the shift meeting, lead to complete the tasks assigned by service manager or lead tradesman, report unsolved issues timely and make repair suggestions

·      As required, lead to complete UCH work orders on time, respond flexibly to emergencies on site, organize and coordinate other teams for emergency rescue at any time according to business requirements

·      Perform inventory checking of spare parts, material and tools in warehouse time to time, feedback and support purchase

·      Competent to use Mason related hand tools and power tools follow engineering instructions

·      Ensure the standard of mason maintenance requirement for park opening (eg: firmly paved floor, cleanness of environment, odorless equipment, etc)

·      Properly wear PPE, such as mask, gloves and safety glasses, etc.

·      Use scaffolding, ladder, man lifts, etc. and the associated PPE to meet safety standards for working at higher levels.

·      Be able to lift 50 lbs and carry 30 lbs

·      Demonstrate a visible commitment to safety, maintain cleanliness and take appropriate steps to protect the environment.

What To Bring:

·      More than eight years of experience in building and fit out preventative maintenance or building construction work experience (Experience with multi-facility or multi-technical skills preferred).

·      Available to work Sunday through Saturday, all shifts(day shift, mid shift, night shift) as deemed required by management, available to work on holidays

·      Ability to read and understand blueprints, able to independently finish difficult mason work (e.g. theme carving, theme color mixing, water leakage repair, etc.)

·      Has good organizing and coordination skills, good teamwork spirit and communication skills

·      Mentally alert and physically fit (may be required to work on constant movement on foot or in vehicle; material and tools)

·      Complete maintenance job proactively

·      Have the basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.), accurately report information and record in the document.

·      Have driving license and AWP certificate are preferred
