职位介绍：

根据迪士尼标准完成各种木制品，五金件的维修保养工作，以确保园区木制品状态安全，功能完好，为游客创造安全美好的沉浸式体验。

工作内容：

·      遵守安全承诺 ，正确穿戴PPE个人防护用品，如呼吸面罩，手套，安全眼镜等

·      熟悉各种木料特性，能够使用手持工具或木工设备，加工制作较为复杂木制品

·      熟悉各种门锁，把手，闭门器，铰链，地弹簧等五金件原理。具有维修五金件能力

·      根据工单情况，合理安排人员和材料，完成工单

·      协助工程服务经理制定年度保养维护计划，对整改项目提出方案

·      协助工程服务经理，建立备品备件清单，制定定制件技术标准

·      使用脚手架，梯子等，辅助以个人防护用品PPE安全完成登高作业

·      根据要求可推拉举升23KG左右的零件，搬运15KG的工具设备

·      保持工作环境整洁和有序化并遵守环保要求

·      能够扫码完成材料申领工作

我们希望您：

·      具备标准流利的普通话沟通能力和良好的中文书面表达能力，拥有阅读和理解蓝图的能力 ；

·      八年以上的建筑施工经验，并有良好的预防性维护工作或者建筑施工经验（具有多设施或多技能的经验者优先）

·      能够适应长期通宵班的工作；能够接受周末及节假日所有可能的班次（例如：早班、中班、通宵班）

·      拥有阅读和理解建筑图纸的能力，可独立完成复杂五金和木制品维修

·      尊重其他演职人员，具有很高的工作积极性和良好的沟通技巧

·      拥有基本计算机技能，能够准确报告信息并在文档中记录

·      有驾驶执照和登高资格证书的优先

Welcome to the Facility and Operation Services Team

You will have the perfect stage to showcase your extensive technical experience. In this role, you will leverage your advanced technical skillset to ensure our park’s facilities continue to achieve operational excellence. By ensuring the smooth operation of every magical experience and contributing to our many industry awards and honors, you will help carry forward Disney’s spirit of craftsmanship.

Job Summary:

 To do maintenance work in accordance with the Disney standard on different wood products and hardware, to ensure the park environments and scenes are all in good show so that to deliver a good immersive experience for guests.

What You’ll Do:

·      Demonstrate a visible commitment to safety, properly wear PPE, such as mask, gloves and safety glasses, etc.

·      Be familiar with various woods be able to use hand-held tools or woodworking equipment to process complex wooden products

·      Be familiar with the principle of various door locks, handles, door closers, hinges, floor springs and other hardware, and be able to carry out assembly and repair hardware issue

·      Be able to arrange manpower and materials to complete the work order according to the analysis of work order system

·      Assist the engineering service manager in formulating the annual maintenance plan and make specific plan for rectify and improve project

·      Assist the engineering service manager to set up list of spare parts and set up the technical standards for customized parts

·      Use scaffolding, ladder, man lifts, etc. and the associated PPE to meet safety standards for working at height

·      Be able to lift 23Kg and carry 15Kg

·      Maintain cleanliness and take appropriate steps to protect the environment

·      Be able to scan the code for applying the materials

What To Bring:

·      More than eight years of experience in building and fit out preventative maintenance or building construction work experience (Experience with multi-facility or multi-technical skills preferred).

·      Available to work at night shift, work on holidays all shifts (day shift, mid shift, night shift) as deemed required by management 

·      Ability to read and understand architectural drawings

·      Respect for fellow cast members and should be highly motivated, reliable, and possess good communications skills

·      Have the basic computer skills, accurately report information and record in the document

·      Have driving license and AWP certificate are preferred
