职位介绍：
根据迪士尼标准完成各种室内外栏杆以及办公室墙体的修复以及刷新工作，已确保园区在不同环境和场景下的完美艺术表现，为游客创造美好的沉浸式体验。
工作内容：
· 利用各种手段完成除锈，油，灰尘，油漆等表面准备工作，做好现场的成品保护工作
· 按照迪士尼标准完成表面精细处理
· 能够完成排队区的栏杆及办公室墙体及家具的油漆维修工作
· 熟悉跟了解常用油漆的基本属性信息
· 能够很好的理解跟执行工匠的技术要求跟指导
· 正确穿戴PPE个人防护用品，如呼吸面罩，手套，安全眼镜等
· 使用脚手架，梯子和举升机等，辅助以个人防护用品PPE安全完成登高作
· 根据要求可推拉举升23KG左右的零件，搬运15KG的工具设备
· 遵守安全承诺，保持工作环境整洁和有序化并遵守环保要求
· 能够扫码完成材料申领工作
我们希望您：
· 具备标准流利的普通话沟通能力和良好的中文书面表达能力，拥有阅读和理解蓝图的能力 ；
· 两年以上的建筑施工经验，并有良好的预防性维护工作或者建筑施工经验
· 能够适应长期通宵班的工作；能够接受周末及节假日所有可能的班次（例如：早班、中班、通宵班）
· 拥有阅读和理解蓝图的能力
· 尊重其他演职人员，具有很高的工作积极性和良好的沟通技巧
· 需要在持续活动中进行工作例如步行或在车辆上手持材料和工具
· 有驾驶执照优先
Welcome to the Facility and Operation Services Team
You will have the perfect stage to showcase your extensive technical experience. In this role, you will leverage your advanced technical skillset to ensure our park’s facilities continue to achieve operational excellence. By ensuring the smooth operation of every magical experience and contributing to our many industry awards and honors, you will help carry forward Disney’s spirit of craftsmanship.
Job Summary:
To do maintenance work or new painting work in accordance with the Disney standard on different railings and office walls to ensure the park environments and scenes are all in good show, ensure a good immersive experience for visitors.
What You’ll Do:
· Prepare surfaces to be coated by using various methods to remove grease, rust, dirt, coatings and paints. This includes, scraping, cleaning, patching etc.)
· Apply fine finishes to surfaces according to show quality standards
· Ability to complete the paint repair work of railings and office walls
· Basic knowledge of paint on finishing products
· Be able to understand and execute the technical requirements and guidance of Tradesman
· Properly wear PPE, such as mask, gloves and safety glasses, etc.
· Use scaffolding, ladder, man lifts, etc. and the associated PPE to meet safety standards for working at higher levels.
· Be able to lift 50 lbs and carry 30 lbs
· Demonstrate a visible commitment to safety, maintain cleanliness and take appropriate steps to protect the environment.
· Be able to scan the code for applying the materials
What To Bring:
· Possess standard and fluent Mandarin communication skills and excellent Chinese written expression abilities and spirit of cooperation.
· More than two years of experience in building and fit out preventative maintenance or building construction work experience (Experience with multi-facility or multi-technical skills preferred).
· Available to work Sunday through Saturday, all shifts (day shift, mid shift, night shift) as deemed required by management, available to work on holidays
· Ability to read and understand blueprints
· Respect for fellow Cast Members, should be highly motivated, reliable, and possess good communications skills
· Mentally alert and physically fit (may be required to work on constant movement on foot or in vehicle; material and tools)
· Having driver's license is preferred
