职位介绍：
初级园丁主要协作部门团队分工，进行日常的园林养护工作任务，包括种植，修剪，浇水，除草，剪草等,维护好上海迪士尼度假区的园林景观。工作需要可能需三班轮岗，在恶劣天气，如刮台风大暴雨时，需要在岗位值班，以应对恶劣天气可能造成的危害。
工作内容：
- 遵守安全承诺 ，正确穿戴PPE个人防护用品，如防噪耳机、耳塞、安全头盔、安全眼镜、安全鞋、防割手套和反光背心等
- 清洁、简单修理，维护和协助所有常用园林工具设备，如剪草机，拖板车，清洁车及其他各种手用或电动工具
- 使用手工或电动工具，种植或维护草坪，树木，花草，绿篱，灌木等
- 参与绿化景观新区域的种植，修复，苗木替换，除草等工作
- 参与苗圃的维护，树木的施肥，花坛的种植等工作
- 积极完成领导安排的其他各项工作

- 可以接受凌晨和通宵的常规工作时段，及周末调换班
- 可以接受在户外高温，甚至较恶劣的环境下工作，如台风天气
- 可以接受在噪音环境下工作，并在需要的时候进行登高作业
- 具备标准流利的普通话沟通能力和良好的中文书面表达能力

You will collaborate with dedicated Cast Members, exchanging ideas and learning from one another as you work together to bring the magic to life.
Job Summary:
The Junior Gardener is responsible for daily gardening maintenance tasks, including weeding, pruning, planting, watering, and other routine work. They should possess practical gardening skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team. Under the guidance of senior gardeners, they will perform scientific and standardized maintenance of vegetation and landscapes within the Shanghai Disney Resort in accordance with safety requirements and Disney technical specifications.
What You’ll Do:
- Adhere to the Shanghai Disney Resort Environment & Horticulture Department's Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Selection Table (SHDR FOS-EAH PPE Matrix Illustrator) by wearing the required safety gear.
- Perform basic daily maintenance of landscape areas, such as weeding, cleaning up dead leaves and branches, checking plant moisture levels, watering, basic pruning of trees and shrubs, and cleaning up before leaving the work area.
- Use tools for seasonal flower planting, digging, transplanting, reinforcing plants, and drainage improvements.
- Learn and safely operate basic powered gardening equipment and tools, such as brush cutters, hedge trimmers, riding lawn mowers, and electric utility vehicles.
- Promptly inspect and replace dead or poorly growing plants in green areas.
- Assist with other routine gardening tasks, such as fertilizing, flowerbed and border renovation, and nursery maintenance.
- Assess plant growth and soil moisture conditions to ensure timely irrigation and watering.
- Properly store and manage tools and materials, regularly cleaning and organizing to maintain a tidy and orderly workspace.
- Participate in and pass company- and department-organized training sessions, such as safety training, equipment operation, and gardening skills training.
- Work in outdoor environments involving high temperatures, noise, working at heights, and exposure to chemicals.
- Remain on duty during severe weather to handle emergencies and incidents.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the line manager.
What To Bring:
- Understand and fully comply with safety guidelines, adhering to the principle of "safety first" in all tasks, and promptly report any safety issues or potential risks to the line manager.
- Possess the physical ability and mobility to perform tasks such as pruning, digging, planting, and operating powered equipment.
- Have basic knowledge of plant care requirements (e.g., water, light, nutrients).
- Communicate effectively with colleagues to foster teamwork and collaboration.
- Be willing to work in rotating shifts (early, late, night) and weekend shifts.
- Have a junior high school diploma or above.
- Hold a valid C1 driver's license.
- Possess standard and fluent Mandarin communication skills and excellent Chinese written expression abilities.
