职位介绍：

根据迪士尼标准完成各种室内外道路铺装、墙面主题抹灰及栏杆环氧树脂的基层雕刻、打密封胶等修复以及翻新工作，以及确保园区在不同环境和场景下的完美艺术表现，为游客创造美好的沉浸式体验。

工作内容：

·      利用各种手段完成道路铺装、墙面、栏杆等破损位置破除、清理工作，做好现场的施工保护及成品保护工作

·      能够协助完成瓦工日常维修工作，如地面或墙面铺装、打胶、勾缝、混凝土路面修复等相关养护工作

·      能够熟练使用瓦工相关的手动工具和电动工具

·      保证泥瓦养护工作开园的标准（例如：地面铺装牢固、环境整洁、无特殊气味等）

·      能够很好地理解跟执行工匠的技术要求跟指导

·      参加交接班会议，执行并完成经理或领班布置的各项工作任务

·      正确穿戴PPE个人防护用品，如呼吸面罩，手套，安全眼镜等

·      使用脚手架，梯子和举升机等，辅助以个人防护用品PPE安全完成登高作业

·      根据要求可推拉举升23KG左右的零件，搬运15KG的工具设备

·      遵守安全承诺，保持工作环境整洁和有序化并遵守环保要求

·      能够扫码完成材料申领工作

我们希望您：

·      具备标准流利的普通话沟通能力和良好的中文书面表达能力，拥有阅读和理解蓝图的能力 ；

·      两年以上的建筑施工经验，并有良好的预防性维护工作经验

·      能够适应长期通宵班的工作；能够接受周末及节假日所有可能的班次（例如：早班、中班、通宵班）

·      拥有阅读和理解蓝图的能力

·      尊重其他演职人员，具有很高的工作积极性和良好的沟通技巧

·      需要在持续活动中进行工作例如步行或在车辆上手持材料和工具

·      有驾驶执照优先

Welcome to the Facility and Operation Services Team

You will have the perfect stage to showcase your extensive technical experience. In this role, you will leverage your advanced technical skillset to ensure our park’s facilities continue to achieve operational excellence. By ensuring the smooth operation of every magical experience and contributing to our many industry awards and honors, you will help carry forward Disney’s spirit of craftsmanship.

Job Summary:

To do maintenance work or new mason work in accordance with the Disney standard on different indoor or outdoor floor paving, wall theme plaster and railing epoxy sculpture, sealant repair work, to ensure the park environments and scenes are all in good show, ensure a good immersive experience for visitors.

What You’ll Do:

·      Prepare maintenance site by using various methods to remove and clean damaged road, wall paving and handrail cracks, and perform site construction protection and finish protection

·      Assist to complete the mason daily work such as floor or wall paving, sealant, grout work, concrete road and other related maintenance work

·      Competent to use Mason related hand tools and power tools follow engineering instructions

·      Ensure the standard of mason maintenance requirement for park opening (eg: firmly paved floor, cleanness of environment, odorless equipment, etc)

·      Be able to understand and execute the technical requirements and guidance of Tradesman

·      Attend the shift meeting, perform and complete the tasks assigned by service manager or lead tradesman

·      Properly wear PPE, such as mask, gloves and safety glasses, etc.

·      Use scaffolding, ladder, man lifts, etc. and the associated PPE to meet safety standards for working at higher levels.

·      Be able to lift 50lbs and carry 30 lbs

·      Demonstrate a visible commitment to safety, maintain cleanliness and take appropriate steps to protect the environment.

·      Be able to scan the code for applying the materials

What To Bring:

·      Possess standard and fluent Mandarin communication skills and excellent Chinese written expression abilities and spirit of cooperation.

·      More than two years of experience in building and fit out preventative maintenance experience.

·      Available to work Sunday through Saturday, all shifts (day shift, mid shift, night shift) as deemed required by management, available to work on holidays

·      Ability to read and understand blueprints

·      Respect for fellow Cast Members, should be highly motivated, reliable, and possess good communications skills

·      Mentally alert and physically fit (may be required to work on constant movement on foot or in vehicle; material and tools)

·      Having the driver's license is preferred
