职位介绍：

根据迪士尼标准完成各种木制品，五金件的维修保养工作，以确保园区木制品状态安全，功能完好，为游客创造安全美好的沉浸式体验。

工作内容：

·      遵守安全承诺 ，正确穿戴PPE个人防护用品，如呼吸面罩，手套，安全眼镜等

·      了解各种木料特性，能够使用手持工具或木工设备，加工制作简单的木制品

·      了解各种门锁，把手，闭门器，铰链，地弹簧等五金件原理，能够进行简单组装

·      按照工单系统操作要求，执行建筑设施木制品和五金件的目视检查及保养操作

·      检查保养过程中，遇到需要维修的部分，及时修复并按要求上报

·      能够很好地理解和执行工匠的技术要求和指导，协助完成日常报修工单的维修工作

·      使用脚手架，梯子等，辅助以个人防护用品PPE安全完成登高作业

·      根据要求可推拉举升23KG左右的零件，搬运15KG的工具设备

·      保持工作环境整洁和有序化并遵守环保要求

·      能够扫码完成材料申领工作

我们希望您：

·      具备标准流利的普通话沟通能力和良好的中文书面表达能力，拥有阅读和理解蓝图的能力 ；

·      两年以上的预防性维护工作或者建筑施工经验

·      能够适应长期通宵班的工作；能够接受周末及节假日所有可能的班次（例如：早班、中班、通宵班）

·      拥有阅读和理解建筑图纸的能力，可独立完成简单五金和木制品维修

·      尊重其他演职人员，具有很高的工作积极性和良好的沟通技巧

·      拥有简单的计算机技能，能够准确报告信息并在文档中记录

·      有驾驶执照和登高资格证书的优先

Welcome to the Facility and Operation Services Team

In this role, you will leverage your advanced technical skillset to ensure our park’s facilities continue to achieve operational excellence. By ensuring the smooth operation of every magical experience and contributing to our many industry awards and honors, you will help carry forward Disney’s spirit of craftsmanship.

Job Summary:

 To do maintenance work in accordance with the Disney standard on different wood products and hardware, to ensure the park environments and scenes are all in good show, ensure so that to deliver a good immersive experience for guestsvisitors .

What You’ll Do:

·      Demonstrate a visible commitment to safety, properly wear PPE, such as mask, gloves and safety glasses, etc.

·      Basic knowledge of various woods, be able to use hand-held tools or woodworking equipment to process simple wooden products

·      Basic knowledge of the principle of various door locks, handles, door closers, hinges, floor springs and other hardware, and be able to carry out simple assembly

·      Carry out visual inspection and maintenance job for wooden products and hardware of building facilities, follow the requirements of the work order system(MAXIMO)

·      In the process of inspection and maintenance, the parts that need to be repaired shall be repaired in time and reported as required

·      Be able to understand and execute the technical requirements and guidance of Tradesman. Assist Tradesman complete daily corrected work order from Maintenance Base

·      Use scaffolding, ladder, man lifts, etc. and the associated PPE to meet safety standards for working at height

·      Be able to lift  23Kg and carry 15Kg

·      Maintain cleanliness and take appropriate steps to protect the environment

·      Be able to scan the code for applying the materials

What To Bring:

·      Possess standard and fluent Mandarin communication skills and excellent Chinese written expression abilities and spirit of cooperation.

·      More than two years of experience in building and fit out preventative maintenance or building construction work experience

·      Available to work at night shift. work on holidays all shifts (day shift, mid shift, night shift) as deemed required by management

·      Ability to read and understand Architectural drawings , independently complete simple hardware and wood repairs

·      Respect for fellow cast members and should be highly motivated, reliable, and possess good communications skills

·      Have the basic computer skills (Office software, etc.), accurately report information and record in the document

·      Have driving license and AWP certificate are preferred
