职位介绍：

作为上海迪士尼度假区的资深质量技术员，您将根据制造商的要求以及一般工程要求和标准，对景点设施或设备的零部件、装配件及结构件、安全装备、吊装设备等进行检验及检测，确保被检件质量符合相关标准和规范，以满足相关部门的日常工作需求。

工作内容：

·      您将带领技术员完成各项检验检测任务，能积极主动地沟通解决检验检测过程中遇到各种技术问题；

·      您将向直线经理提供有关工单任务和工作安排的意见和建议；

·      您将编制和审核检验检测程序、报告、图表等检验检测相关文件；

·      您将按计划完成工单任务，及时准确地上传相关检测报告；

·      您需要熟练使用公司所提供的信息系统以及检验检测仪器和设备，并确保其被妥善保管；

·      您将为新入职的质量技术员提供培训和指导；

·      您将及时向直线经理报告现有或潜在的问题并征询其意见；

·      您将自觉完成直线经理指派的其它合理任务。

我们希望您：

·      理工科专业优先；

·      持有磁粉、渗透、超声等无损检测II级及以上的特种设备无损检测人员证书并确保证书在有效期内，有涡流检测证书者优先；

·      拥有5年及以上从事特种设备、钢结构等无损检测经历，有游乐设施无损检测经历者优先；

·      熟悉机械零部件图纸，清楚图纸对零件材料、尺寸、检验检测、涂层等要求者优先；

·      持有目视检测II级及以上证书者优先；

·      具备高度的安全和质量意识；

·      具备良好的书面和口语沟通能力能够与组织架构上下合作、与内部外部建立关系、在沟通谈判中具备影响力和说服力，并能够以简短积极的方式传达关键要素；

·      熟练使用微软办公软件(如：Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)；能够适应不同的排班（三班倒），接受在周末和节假日工作；

·      拥有中英文口语和写作能力，能看懂英文图纸及资料优先；

·      具备标准流利的普通话沟通能力和良好的中文书面表达能力。

Welcome to the Facility and Operations Services Team

Job Summary:

As a Senior Quality Technician at Shanghai Disney Resort, you will perform inspection or testing for the parts, assemblies and structural parts of attraction devices or equipment, safety equipment, hoisting equipment, etc. based on the manufacturer's requirements and general engineering requirements and standards, ensuring the inspected parts meet the relevant standards and specifications to meet the routine needs of relevant departments.

What You’ll Do:

·      You will lead Technicians to complete various inspection and testing tasks, and be able to actively communicate to solve various technical problems encountered during the process of inspection and testing;

·      You will provide ideas and suggestions to the line manager based on work order tasks and work schedules;

·      You will write and review inspection procedures, reports, charts, and other inspection and testing related documents;

·      You will complete the work order according to the schedule, and upload the related inspection report timely and accurately;

·      You need to be skillful in using the information system, inspection and testing instrument and equipment provided by the company, and ensure that they are properly maintained;

·      You will provide training and guidance to new quality technicians;

·      You will report existing or potential problems to the line manager in a timely manner and seek his advice;

·      You will actively complete other reasonable tasks assigned by the line manager.

What To Bring:

·     Majors in Science and Engineering is preferred;

·     Possess level II or above MT, PT and UT of Special equipment NDT certificates and make sure certificates are within the valid periodECT certificate is preferred;

·     5 years or above NDT experience for special equipment, steel structure, etc., experience for amusement devices is preferred;

·     Familiar with mechanical parts drawings, good understanding the requirement of parts material, dimension, inspection, coating, etc. in the drawings is preferred;

·     Possess level II or above VT certificate is preferred;

·     Refined written and verbal communication skills, demonstrated partnering, relationship-building, influencing, and convincing communication skills within internal and external teams of the organizational structure to convey key elements concisely and positively;

·     Strong computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook);

·     Available to work all shifts (i.e., 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift), and accept to work on weekends and holidays as deemed required by management;

·     Written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English, ability to read English drawings and documents is preferred;

·     Possess standard and fluent Mandarin communication skills and excellent Chinese written expression abilities.
