职位介绍：

作为上海迪士尼度假区的质量技术员，您将根据制造商的要求以及一般工程要求和标准，对景点设施或设备的零部件、装配件及结构件、安全装备、吊装设备等进行检验及检测，确保被检件质量符合相关标准和规范，以满足相关部门的日常工作需求。

工作内容：

·      积极参与或独立完成各项检验检测任务；

·      编制和审核检验检测报告、图表等检验检测相关文件；

·      按计划完成工单任务，及时准确地上传相关检测报告；

·      熟练使用公司所提供的信息系统以及检验检测仪器和设备，并确保其被妥善保管；

·      接受各类在岗理论及实践培训并确保通过考试；

·      及时向组长或直线经理报告现有或潜在的问题并征询其意见；

·      自觉完成上级指派的其它合理任务。

我们希望您：

·      持有磁粉、渗透、超声等无损检测II级及以上的特种设备无损检测人员证书并确保证书在有效期内，有涡流检测证书者优先；

·      拥有2年及以上从事特种设备、钢结构等无损检测经历，有游乐设施无损检测经历者优先；

·      能够看懂机械零部件图纸，清楚图纸对零件材料、尺寸、检验检测、涂层等要求者优先；

·      持有目视检测II级及以上证书者优先；

·      具备高度的安全和质量意识；

·      具备良好的书面和口语沟通能力；

·      具备优秀的团队合作精神，并且态度积极乐观；

·      熟练使用微软办公软件(如：Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)；

·      具备标准流利的普通话沟通能力和良好的中文书面表达能力；

·      能够适应不同的排班（三班倒），接受在周末和节假日工作。

Welcome to the Facility and Operations Services Team

No matter what role you have in the Attractions Operations, Central Shops, Facilities and Operations Services or Horticulture, you will have the opportunity to exercise your skills. You will collaborate with dedicated Cast Members, exchanging ideas and learning from one another as you work together to bring the magic to life.

Job Summary:

As a Quality Technician at Shanghai Disney Resort, you will perform inspection or testing for the parts, assemblies, and structural parts of attraction devices or equipment, safety equipment, hoisting equipment, etc. based on the manufacturer's requirements and general engineering requirements and standards, ensuring the inspected parts meet the relevant standards and specifications to meet the routine needs of relevant departments.

What You’ll Do:

·      You will actively participate in or independently complete various inspection and testing tasks;

·      You will write and review inspection reports, charts, and other inspection and testing related documents;

·      You will complete the work order according to schedule, and upload the related inspection report timely and accurately;

·      You need to be skillful in using the information system, inspection and testing instruments and equipment provided by the company, and ensure that they are properly maintained;

·      You need to participate in all assigned on-the-job theoretical and practical training and guarantee to pass the examinations;

·      You will report existing or potential problems to the group leader or line manager in a timely manner and seek their advice;

·      You will actively complete other reasonable tasks assigned by the line manager.

What To Bring:

·     Possess level II or above MT, PT, and UT of Special equipment NDT and make sure certificates are within the valid period, ECT certificate is preferred ;

·     2 years or above NDT experience for special equipment, steel structure, etc., experience for amusement devices is preferred;

·     Able to read mechanical parts drawings, good understanding of the requirements of parts material, dimension, inspection, coating, etc. in the drawings is preferred;

·     Possess level II, or above VT certificate is preferred;

·     Demonstrate a visible commitment to safety and quality;

·     Possess refined written and verbal communication skills;

·     Possess strong spirit of teamwork with positive attitude;

·     Strong computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook);

·     Possess standard and fluent Mandarin communication skills and excellent Chinese written expression abilities;

·     Available to work all shifts (i.e., 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift), and accept to work on weekends and holidays as deemed required by management.
