职位介绍:
主管应协助游客服务经理和餐厅经理,管理度假区餐厅的日常运营(快餐厅、室外餐饮和餐桌服务餐厅),作为整个餐厅的沟通枢纽向一线演职人员提供最新信息。此职位人员应依照迪士尼和各餐厅标准向游客提供专业的服务,作为团队成员的榜样,指挥和确认餐厅每日开始、当中和结束运营的相关安排。另外,此职位人员还需负责用Kronos系统记录时间和考勤,运营时的人员安排并确保每日运营符合安全和卫生要求。
工作内容:
· 协助游客服务经理或独立安排演职人员轮班及工作分配, 熟练使用考勤系统,定期检查、记录和报告
· 定期与演职人员沟通关于工作上的表现并记录,与直线经理进行汇报
· 组织每日部门例会,并监督各个岗位收集每日服务关键要点和客人信息并分享
· 整理、记录和审查各班次的文档,熟练掌握ResPAK系统的操作和运用
· 了解日常业务趋势,并且能预见之后的运营计划,相应地调整餐厅运营需求
· 监管员工休息时间和易耗品、所需食品和酒水饮料补货及订货情况
· 提供中层监管 – 可以进行适当的现场运营决策,变更商品陈列;向上级管理层汇报演职人员情况并对批评/奖励演职人员的表现提出建议;熟知会员信息及喜好;了解产品受欢迎度作为日后运营的建议。
· 保持部门内部专业、友好的氛围。打造和谐紧密、互相帮助的团队关系。
· 制定和指导现金安全规程,监督现金操作和交易结算规程、每日交易结算和现金流报告,处理异常支付
· 监督服务设备的维护
· 监控游客设备和服务的标准
· 完成上级布置的额外工作
此外,基于业务的需求和演职人员的资质,演职人员会不定时地支持如下职责:
· 在各区域协助客流管控
· 为游客提供方位指引、问询解答、乐园信息等相关的帮助
· 确保工作区域的干净和整洁
· 协助其他工作(包括但不限于商品打包,行李搬运等)
· 确保上海迪士尼度假区的整洁并及时清理地面垃圾
· 在其他相关部门处理现金/POS机相关的工作(* 此仅适用于和现金/POS相关的工作岗位)
我们希望您:
· 拥有3-5年左右同等类型餐厅领班或以上工作经验,有初级管理经验者优先考虑
· 具备标准流利的普通话沟通能力和良好的中文书面表达能力
· 有较强的英文沟通能力
· 耐心、细心、具备较好的人际交往能力和团队协作能力
· 乐于学习并积极迎接新的挑战
· 能接受一周七天的灵活工作安排,并且能接受不同的班次,包括晚上,周末和节假日
· 您需要取得上岗所需的任职资格证书,且完成并通过所有入职之后的培训及考核(包括但不限于:岗前培训)

Job Summary:
The Leader should assist the Assistant and Restaurant Manager(s) in managing the day-to-day operation of the resort restaurants (quick service restaurants, outdoor vending and table service restaurants), to deliver updated information to the Frontline Cast Members and acts as the central hub of communication throughout the restaurant. This role provides professional service to guests according to Disney standard and acts as role model to team members; leads and verifies location opening and closing duties. Also, this role is responsible for the time and attendance tracking with our Kronos system and personnel arrangement during operation to ensure the compliance of the safety and sanitation requirements to daily operations.
What You’ll Do:
· Cast shift and location assignment, do daily check, record and report casts’ attendance by using the system
· Communication between managers and cast member
· Collect all the information needed for the service and conduct daily briefing with cast member as needed.
· Organize, track and audit paper work for each shift and location. Familiar with the operation and application of ResPAK system.
· Understand daily business trends, adjust operational needs accordingly.
· Monitor break time and order goods, restocking of the food, beverage and consumables
· Daily shift supervision - authorized to make on stage operational decisions to change merchandising display, to add or to close location(s) as needed; recommendations to upper management for reprimand/reward to cast members for their performances, keep abreast of member information and preferences , review products popular level to make recommendations for future reference
· Professional but friendly relationship has to be maintained within this department. They should develop a tight team relationship that they can count on each other to help out when necessary.
· Establish and instruct cast in cash security procedures, supervise cash handling and banking procedures, daily banking and cash flow report, deal with irregular payments.
· Supervise the maintenance of service equipment.
· Monitor standards of guest facilities and services.
· Perform additional duties as directed by leaders
Based on business need and Cast Members’ credentials, below tasks will be assigned from time to time.
· Support guest flow in general, including in different locations
· Assist guests with directions, answer questions, provide information and solutions as needed
· Support cleaning work areas and guest areas
· Assist logistics and stocking
· Keep Shanghai Disney Resort clean by picking trash
· Handle cash or process POS in other LOBs ( * applicable to cash-handling/POS related jobs only)
What To Bring:
· Around 3-5 years of the captain level or supervisor level work experience at the same level of restaurant, the entry level management level experience is preferred
· Possess standard and fluent Mandarin communication skills and excellent Chinese written expression abilities
· Verbal and written communication skills in English
· Patient, positive, easy going personality
· Willing to learn and adapt well to new challenges
· Full availability for any dates in a week and any shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays
· You shall obtain certificate/qualification(s) required for performing the job, and complete and pass all post-employment trainings and assessments (including but not limited to On-Job-Training)
