职位介绍：

餐桌餐厅服务领班需有能力独自或带领快乐主人在餐厅一个或多个岗位完成每日职责和工作任务，能很好地按照餐厅和公司的要求完成每一位游客的服务流程，并且使游客有一个神奇的体验。同时，领班应熟知食品、酒水的知识和搭配，在熟知食品过敏源的情况下，能利用服务技巧为游客介绍并提供温度合适的食品和饮品。并且熟练地使用餐饮预定系统协助游客预定餐厅和完成接待游客的流程。

工作内容：

·      能够服务领班自己区域内的游客，根据游客的人数点单并输入系统，传菜并提供游客所需服务直至游客就餐完毕离开（所有餐点， 添加酒水，桌面清洁，游客关注等）

·      在营业时间开始之前按照标准和要求准备一切服务时所需要用到的物品和项目，在游客全部离开餐厅之后进行收档和归类工作

·      能够使用咖啡机、榨汁机、搅拌机及投影仪等餐厅设备

·      遵循规范的环境卫生操作流程并保持所有工作台的整洁，负责送洗餐厅的所有布草，准确记录好收货，送洗的差异和相关数量

·      可能会担任其他各项餐饮部运营相关岗位

·      负责部门的月度盘点并做好相应的记录

·      熟悉并掌握餐厅的系统操作，例如（预定系统，POS系统，BOT系统，Opera系统和发票系统

·      熟练掌握上海迪士尼度假区现金操作流程，熟知游客信息和喜好，自始自终提供优质的迪士尼服务给游客

·      完成上级布置的额外工作

此外，基于业务的需求和演职人员的资质，演职人员会不定时地支持如下职责：

·      在各区域协助客流管控

·      为游客提供方位指引、问询解答、乐园信息等相关的帮助

·      确保工作区域的干净和整洁

·      协助其他工作（包括但不限于商品打包，行李搬运等）

·      确保上海迪士尼度假区的整洁并及时清理地面垃圾

·      在其他相关部门处理现金／POS机相关的工作（* 此仅适用于和现金/POS相关的工作岗位）

我们希望您：

·      基本的餐饮服务英语用语

·      具备标准流利的普通话沟通能力和良好的中文书面表达能力

·      有至少2年在餐桌服务型餐厅担任侍者的经验，拥有高档餐厅等位服务的服务者经验

·      能适应快速且多任务的工作节奏及环境

·      有能够为游客解决困难的能力

·      能接受一周七天的灵活工作安排，并且能接受不同的班次，包括晚上，周末和节假日

·      您需要取得上岗所需的任职资格证书，且完成并通过所有入职之后的培训及考核（包括但不限于：岗前培训）

Job Summary:

Captain for Table Service Restaurants has the ability to perform and finish the daily duties alone or to lead a small team of Cast Members at any duties of the restaurant, to serve the guests according to restaurant and company’s SOP regarding to all aspects of the service and bring a magical experience to every guest. Meanwhile in order to deliver a perfect service to the guests, captain should hold a high level of related food and beverage knowledge as well as the allergies information.

What You’ll Do:

·      Ability to serve an individual section, depending on party size of each table which includes but not limited to taking food order and entering in system, delivering food to tables and following up with guest service and needs until meal service is completed the guest leaves (all course meals, refills, pre-bussing tables etc.)

·      Ability to perform the opening duties before the service starts every day and closing duties after all guests have left

·      Ability to work with restaurant equipment including, but not limited to coffee brewers, juice and soda fountains and the projector.

·      Practices proper sanitation procedures and maintains cleanliness of the side stations, responsible for the cleaning of all linens, closely follow up with cleaning vendors, keep proper record

·      May serve as other F&B tasks assigned by line manager to support operations

·      Responsible for the monthly inventory and keep record

·      Familiar and need to work on computer with different systems, eg. Reservation system, POS system, BOT system, Opera system and Invoice System

·      Need to deal with cash with Shanghai Disney Resort standard and procedure, be familiar with guests’ information and preferences, always deliver excellent Disney experience to guests

·      Perform additional duties as directed by leaders

Based on business need and Cast Members’ credentials, below tasks will be assigned from time to time.

·      Support guest flow in general, including in different locations

·      Assist guests with directions, answer questions, provide information and solutions as needed

·      Support cleaning work areas and guest areas

·      Assist logistics and stocking

·      Keep Shanghai Disney Resort clean by picking trash 

·      Handle cash or process POS in other LOBs ( * applicable to cash-handling/POS related jobs only)

What To Bring:

·      Basic English vocabulary and conversations and service sentences regarding to the food and beverage service

·      Possess standard and fluent Mandarin communication skills and excellent Chinese written expression abilities

·      Minimum of two (2) years server experience in a table service restaurant, fine dining server or working experience

·      Ability to multi task and work in a very fast paced environment and ability to take the pressure

·      Demonstrated ability to own and resolve guest situations

·      Full availability for any dates in a week and any shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays

·      You shall obtain certificate/qualification(s) required for performing the job, and complete and pass all post-employment trainings and assessments (including but not limited to On-Job-Training)
