职位介绍：

餐桌餐厅服务领班需能预见游客的需求，能将游客的点单输入系统，提供账单给游客，使游客完成结账。熟知食品和酒水的搭配，能利用服务技巧为游客提供温度合适的食品和饮品。

工作内容：

·      能够服务4-6桌游客，根据游客的人数点单并输入系统，传菜并提供游客所需服务直至客人就餐完毕离开（所有餐点， 添加酒水，桌面清洁等）

·      将餐桌整理干净并做好营业前准备工作

·      能够使用咖啡机、榨汁机及烤箱等厨房/餐厅设备

·      遵循规范的环境卫生操作流程并保持所有工作台的整洁，负责送洗餐厅的所有布草，准确记录好收货，送洗的差异和相关数量

·      可能会担任鸡尾酒服务员

·      负责部门的月度盘点并做好相应的记录

·      熟悉并掌握餐厅的系统操作，例如（预定系统，POS系统，BOT系统，Opera系统和发票系统

·      熟练掌握迪士尼现金操作流程，自始自终提供优质的迪士尼服务给游客

·      服从并完成上级领导安排的其他各项餐饮部运营相关工作

此外，基于业务的需求和演职人员的资质，演职人员会不定时地支持如下职责：

·      在各区域协助客流管控

·      为游客提供方位指引、问询解答、乐园信息等相关的帮助

·      确保工作区域的干净和整洁

·      协助其他工作（包括但不限于商品打包，行李搬运等）

·      确保上海迪士尼度假区的整洁并及时清理地面垃圾

·      在其他相关部门处理现金／POS机相关的工作（* 此仅适用于和现金/POS相关的工作岗位）

我们希望您：

·      有至少2年在餐桌服务型餐厅担任侍者的经验

·      能适应快速且多任务的工作节奏及环境

·      有能够为游客解决困难的能力

·      拥有高档餐厅等位服务的服务者经验

·      您需要取得上岗所需的任职资格证书，且完成并通过所有入职之后的培训及考核（包括但不限于：岗前培训）

·      基本的英文交流

·      具备标准流利的普通话沟通能力和良好的中文书面表达能力

·      能接受一周七天的灵活工作安排，并且能接受不同的班次，包括晚上，周末和节假日

Job Summary:

Captain server for Table Service Restaurants has the ability to anticipate Guests needs accordingly. This role must able to enter guest orders into system, delivers guest check, completes self-banking of guest checks, and be knowledgeable of food and wine pairings and service techniques utilized in a fine dining restaurant Serves food and beverage to Guests at the correct and proper temperature.

What You’ll Do:

·      Ability to serve 4-6 table stations, depending on party size which includes taking food order and entering in system, delivering food to tables and following up with guest service and needs until meal service is completed the guest leaves (all course meals, refills, pre-bussing tables etc.)

·      Clears tables and perform pre-bussing duties

·      Ability to work with kitchen/restaurant equipment including, but not limited to coffee brewers, juice and soda fountains and toasters

·      Practices proper sanitation procedures and maintains cleanliness of the side stations, responsible for the cleaning of all linens, closely follow up with cleaning vendors, keep proper record

·      May serve as a Cocktail server

·      Responsible for the monthly inventory and keep record

·      Familiar and need to work on computer with different systems, eg. Reservation system, POS system, BOT system, Opera system and Invoice System

·      Need to deal with cash with Disney standard and procedure, always deliver excellent Disney experience to guests

·      Completed other F&B tasks assigned by line manager to support LOB’s operations

Based on business need and Cast Members’ credentials, below tasks will be assigned from time to time.

·      Support guest flow in general, including in different locations

·      Assist guests with directions, answer questions, provide information and solutions as needed

·      Support cleaning work areas and guest areas

·      Assist logistics and stocking

·      Keep Shanghai Disney Resort clean by picking trash 

·      Handle cash or process POS in other LOBs ( * applicable to cash-handling/POS related jobs only)

What To Bring:

·      Minimum of two (2) years wait help experience in a table service restaurant

·      Ability to multi task and work in a very fast paced environment

·      Demonstrated ability to own and resolve guest situations

·      Fine dining wait help experience

·      You shall obtain certificate/qualification(s) required for performing the job, and complete and pass all post-employment trainings and assessments (including but not limited to On-Job-Training)

·      Basic English

·      Possess standard and fluent Mandarin communication skills and excellent Chinese written expression abilities

·      Full availability for any dates in a week and any shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays
