职位介绍：

管事部主管与所有餐饮接收点、宴会和特殊活动的服务、收货和烹饪团队合作，确保熟悉所有清洁剂和清洁化学品的使用、操作和存放，确保所有运营设备运行良好、存放正确，并有效控制存货量。该职位还应监控和监督所有后台工作区内HACCP（危害分析和关键环境控制点）的实施情况，以及厨房工作人员的工作情况。根据本地清洁规定监控后台工作区的清洁卫生，并依照本地相关环保法规监控各种干湿垃圾的处理与分类。

工作内容：

·      运营期间负责管理可交付物品，监督当日所有分配至管事部的厨房工作人员

·      熟练掌握餐饮服务/烹饪技术、相关顺序和规程方面的知识

·      确保运营设备（桌面和小物件等）/机械/厨房设备均清洁、卫生并处理适当，帮助延长其使用寿命

·      确保所有餐饮接收点均设备齐全（设备充足/无过多储备），且所有设备均在日常运营中使用恰当

·      负责参与库存和破损控制

·      负责确保所有运营设备清洁且处于良好工作状态

·      确保为所有餐饮接收点提供适当的人员配置并进行监督

·      完成上级布置的额外工作

此外，基于业务的需求和演职人员的资质，演职人员会不定时地支持如下职责：

·      在各区域协助客流管控

·      为游客提供方位指引、问询解答、乐园信息等相关的帮助

·      确保工作区域的干净和整洁

·      协助其他工作（包括但不限于商品打包，行李搬运等）

·      确保上海迪士尼度假区的整洁并及时清理地面垃圾

·      在其他相关部门处理现金／POS机相关的工作（* 此仅适用于和现金/POS相关的工作岗位）

我们希望您：

·      具有6年豪华酒店/餐厅/宴会或其他相关岗位实践经验

·      能接受一周七天的灵活工作安排，并且能接受不同的班次，包括晚上，周末和节假日

·      了解并遵守基本卫生、行业安全规程

·      具备基本的计算机操作知识

·      明确了解相关法规规定的所有清洁剂/化学品的用途和储存方法

·      熟悉所有从桌面小型器皿（包括不锈钢餐具、碗碟等各类容器、玻璃器皿）的清洁流程

·      熟悉后台工作区内所有机械设备的操作流程

·      具备标准流利的普通话沟通能力和良好的中文书面表达能力

·      基本的英语

·      您需要取得上岗所需的任职资格证书，且完成并通过所有入职之后的培训及考核（包括但不限于：岗前培训）

Job Summary:

A Lead Steward is one who works with all Service, Receiving and Culinary teams of all F&B outlets, banqueting and special events, is familiar with the usage, handling and storage of all detergent and chemicals for cleaning, ensures that all operating equipment are in good working condition, properly stored and keep good control of par stock. He / She is also the one who monitor and supervise HACCP enforcement in all BOH area and supervisors the Kitchen Assistants (stewarding). To supervise and oversee BOH cleanliness and hygiene according to local hygiene code and also supervise and oversee the disposal of dry and wet garbage and sort it according to the local environmental code.

What You’ll Do:

·      Responsible for stewarding deliverables throughout the operating day supervises all the kitchen assistants assigned to stewarding for that day

·      Has a sound knowledge of food and beverage service / culinary techniques, sequence and procedures

·      Ensures the operating equipment (table top- small wares) / machinery / kitchen equipment are cleaned, sanitized and handled in a proper way in order to prolong its use

·      Ensures all F&B outlets are well equipment (sufficient / not overstock), and all equipment are handled properly in the daily operation

·      Participate in inventory and breakage control

·      Shares responsibility for keeping all operating equipment clean and in good working condition

·      Ensures all F&B outlets are properly manned and supervised whilst in operations

·      Perform additional duties as directed by leaders

Based on business need and Cast Members’ credentials, below tasks will be assigned from time to time.

·      Support guest flow in general, including in different locations

·      Assist guests with directions, answer questions, provide information and solutions as needed

·      Support cleaning work areas and guest areas

·      Assist logistics and stocking

·      Keep Shanghai Disney Resort clean by picking trash

·      Handle cash or process POS in other LOBs ( * applicable to cash-handling/POS related jobs only)

What To Bring:

·      6 years practical experience in similar nature of job responsibilities with deluxe hotel / restaurant / banqueting

·      Full availability for any dates in a week and any shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays

·      Should know and follow basic hygiene & sanitations, industrial safety regulations

·      Equipped with computer knowledge

·      Has a clear understanding of the usage and storage of all detergent / chemicals as the regulations stated

·      Familiar with the cleaning procedures for all tables top - small wares including silver, flat, hollow, glass

·      Familiar with the operating procedures of all machinery within BOH

·      Possess standard and fluent Mandarin communication skills and excellent Chinese written expression abilities

·      Basic English

·      You shall obtain certificate/qualification(s) required for performing the job, and complete and pass all post-employment trainings and assessments (including but not limited to On-Job-Training
