职位介绍:
作为酒店的核心部门之一,客房服务团队的演职人员主要负责宾客房间的清洁、整理和维护,保证床单、设施和各类物品的及时补给。您的工作会直接影响宾客的入住体验,我们将通过完善的培训和高效的管理平台帮助您为宾客创造富有迪士尼特色的一流酒店服务。
工作内容:
· 您将提供客房清理、整理床铺、卫生间清理、垃圾处理以及更换客房用品和毛巾;
· 您将根据服务类型的要求,负责客房各方面的维护和清洁。任务可能包括:更换床上用品并且整理床铺;清洁并对浴室消毒;对家具和其他房间物品进行除尘;对地毯或家具下进行吸尘;清理镜子、窗户、墙壁和踢脚线等;更换客房的床单、毛巾和房间用品等;按照标准进行垃圾分类;将客房需要更换的用品和布草储存在客房清理车;保证玻璃杯和水杯按照标准进行清洁和更换。
· 您将每日对客房包括卫生间进行清洁,并且在需要时完成深度清洁项目;
· 您需要及时汇报维护缺陷、安全隐患和遗失物品;
· 您需要具有自我安全防护意识,能正确利用好安全防护用具(手套或口罩或护目镜等)
我们希望您:
· 能够在每周四至周六,周五至周日或周六和周日工作,每周工作时间不超过24小时
· 能够连续工作6个月及以上
· 能够进行步行、弯腰、提举及站立等动作
· 具备标准流利的普通话沟通能力,良好的中文书面表达能力和服务意识
· 能够接受重复的室内客房作业
· 能够适应快速的工作节奏和较大的工作量(以每间45分钟为标准计算每日工作时长,每周工作总时长不超过24小时)
· 能够使用化学物品和清洁工具(清洁试剂和设备)
· 取得上岗所需的任职资格证书,且完成并通过所有入职之后的培训及考核(包括但不限于:岗前培训)

Job Summary:
As part of a core hotel department, Housekeeping Host/Hostess will be responsible for overall cleaning, organizing and maintaining guests' rooms, and replenishing items such as linens, amenities and various supplies. Your performance will directly influence the guest experience, and we will help you create a first-class hotel service with Disney flair for guests through comprehensive training and an efficient management platform.
What You’ll Do:
· You will provide Guest room full clean and turndown service, bed making, bathroom cleaning, trash removal and towel replacement as needed;
· You will be responsible for all aspects of upkeep and cleaning in Guest rooms as required by the type of service. Tasks may include: Change bedding and make-up beds or turndown beds; Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms; Dusting furniture and fixtures; Vacuuming carpets, and areas underneath the furniture; Clean mirrors, windows, walls, baseboard, etc.; Replacing linen, terry and amenities in the Guest room; Sort garbage as standard; Assure glasses and mugs are cleaned and replaced as needed according to standards
· You will clean the Guest rooms including bathrooms daily and complete deep clean projects when requested
· You are required to report maintenance defects, safety issues and missing items as needed,
· You are required to have highly self-protection awareness, can foresee the unsafety factors and appropriately using protective tools (gloves, masks or glasses)
What To Bring:
· Ability to work on Friday through Sunday (3 consecutive full days) for no more than 24 hours per week
· Able to work for more than six consecutive months
· Able to perform motions, including prolonged standing, walking, lifting and bending, etc.
· Possess standard and fluent Mandarin communication skills and excellent Chinese written expression abilities and service mindset
· Able to accept repetitive indoor room cleaning tasks
· Able to work in a very fast-paced environment and heavy workload (the daily working hours should be calculated based on the standard of 45 minutes each room, and the total working hours should not exceed 24 hours per week)
· Ability to use chemicals and cleaning tools (cleaning reagents and equipment);
· Obtain certificate or qualification(s) required for performing the job, and complete and pass all post-employment training and assessments (including but not limited to On-Job-Training)
