职位介绍：

快乐主人(室外餐饮) 负责向游客售卖可流动食物，饮品和纪念品等物品。演职人员应承担所有上述产品的售卖工作，并依照需求帮助游客及演职人员，为其提供相关信息（如：指路、活动预告、演出时间安排，等等），为游客提供优质服务。快乐主人（室外餐饮）需要担当存货补充员、物料管理员与出纳员的角色。通过在职培训，遵循现金操作规程与货物管理规程，确保现金与货物无差异。全程在室外环境下始终保持高水平的对客服务，了解并遵循已公布的运营相关规定及流程。 

工作内容：

·      售卖产品时，需与游客友好地打招呼、处理点单、制备并传递产品，热情友好地完成交易

·      具备高效独立完成工作以及与其他演职人员合作完成工作的能力

·      应具有较强的现金处理能力（不论是否有收银机），还应具有快速心算总价与找零的能力

·      能在各种坚硬地面以及下雨湿滑的地面上保持长时间的全程站立（包括防疲劳地垫、鹅卵石地面、混凝土地面、沥青地面以及瓷砖地面）

·      需要进行步行、弯腰、俯身、提举及站立等动作

·      需要按要求推、拉重物（如流动车、独轮车及四轮推车）

·      操作设备完成相应的工作，包括在加热设备附近工作（如展示炉、爆米花锅、棉花糖机）等

·      清理并保持车体清洁，包括消毒、组装机器（如：热食车，冷藏车，零食车，棉花糖车，爆米花车，饮料车）

·      需与游客和演职人员进行互动，包括回答问题、指路、提供活动与表演信息，以及其他可为游客与演职人员创造美妙体验的活动

·      完成上级布置的额外工作

此外，基于业务的需求和演职人员的资质，演职人员会不定时地支持如下职责：

·      在各区域协助客流管控

·      为游客提供方位指引、问询解答、乐园信息等相关的帮助

·      确保工作区域的干净和整洁

·      协助其他工作（包括但不限于商品打包，行李搬运等）

·      确保上海迪士尼度假区的整洁并及时清理地面垃圾

·      在其他相关部门处理现金／POS机相关的工作（* 此仅适用于和现金/POS相关的工作岗位）

我们希望您：

·      具备独立对客服务的能力

·      能接受一周七天的灵活工作安排，并且能接受不同的班次，包括晚上，周末和节假日

·      具有较强的口头沟通能力（能积极与游客、团队成员和管理人员建立良好关系）

·      能够与不使用中文的游客进行简单交流

·      具备标准流利的普通话沟通能力和良好的中文书面表达能力

·      某些角色需要相关的电脑能力

Job Summary:

Host/Hostess for outdoor vending is responsible for Vending products, beverages and souvenir. Cast Members must be willing to vend any of these products. This role is also responsible for providing excellent Guests and Cast services through giving information and assistance as needed (e.g., directions, event schedules, etc.) . Host/Hostess (ODV) need to be stocker and inventory controller and general teller role as well. Working in the outdoor environment all the time, and keep excellent guest service. After passed on job training, follow cash handling OG and proper inventory procedure to ensure no variance. Understand time to time operation changes and follow accordingly.   

What You’ll Do:

·      Vending involves greeting the Guests in a friendly manner and taking their order, preparing and delivering the product, and ending each transaction in a positive and friendly manner

·      Position requires individual to be able to effectively work independently (with or without a wagon) and with others as part of a team

·      Position requires individual to possess strong cash-handling capabilities, working with or without a register; individual should be able to add quick calculations and count back change

·      Position requires individual to stand for entire shift on a variety of firm and sometimes wet surfaces due to rain (surfaces include fatigue mats, cobblestone, concrete, asphalt, and tile floors)

·      Walking, bending, stooping, lifting, and standing are all required to complete tasks

·      Pushing/pulling heavy items as required completing tasks (e.g., large carts, dollies, and wagons)

·      Equipment operation, including working near equipment that generates heat (e.g., ovens, popcorn poppers, and cotton candy machines) is required to complete tasks

·      Cleaning and maintaining overall cleanliness of the wagon, which includes sanitizing and assembling machines (e.g., Hot food carts, freezer cart, cotton candy cart, popcorn cart, and beverage cart)

·      Interaction with Guests and Cast Members including answering questions, providing directions, event information, and other services to help create magical experiences for our Guests and Cast Members

·      Perform additional duties as directed by leaders

Based on business need and Cast Members’ credentials, below tasks will be assigned from time to time.

·      Support guest flow in general, including in different locations

·      Assist guests with directions, answer questions, provide information and solutions as needed

·      Support cleaning work areas and guest areas

·      Assist logistics and stocking

·      Keep Shanghai Disney Resort clean by picking trash 

·      Handle cash or process POS in other LOBs ( * applicable to cash-handling/POS related jobs only)

What To Bring:

·      Able to make independent decisions for our Guests

·      Full availability for any dates in a week and any shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays

·      Strong verbal communication skills (able to positively engage with Guests, team members and management)

·      Some non-verbal communication may be involved with non-Chinese speaking Guests

·      Possess standard and fluent Mandarin communication skills and excellent Chinese written expression abilities

·      Certain role need computer skill

·      You shall obtain certificate/qualification(s) required for performing the job, and complete and pass all post-employment trainings and assessments (including but not limited to On-Job-Training)
