Job Summary:
Would you love to have a better understanding of the daily operation of Shanghai Disney Resort from the perspective of information and data? Are you curious about how the Disney Premier Access product is configured and managed in inventory?
As an Intern-Disney’s Operations Command Center, you will be responsible for updating and publishing the operational data of Shanghai Disney Resort to various platforms, supporting the operation decisions of various business lines, and providing our guests with more timely and accurate travel references. You will also participate in the inventory management of Disney Premier Access products, providing our guests with a more convenient experience, and generating revenue for the company at the same time.
What You’ll Do:
You will join a diverse team to enhance the operational efficiency of Disneyland and the resort, and provide more accurate and effective assistance for our guests to plan their trip and visit our park.
Every day as an Intern- Disney’s Operations Command Center is different! On any day you might:
· Collect and verify all kinds of operational data and insert into related systems, and share the data via designated channels / platform
· Update operational information, including but not limited to Park Hours, operating hour and operational status of different kinds of facilities (such as Attractions, Restaurants, Shops, Interactive games, etc.), show schedules
· Manage inventory and product configurations for Priority Access and reserved viewing area related products (including but not limited to Disney Premier Access and Disney Standby Pass)
What To Bring:
· Work in shifts duty
· Good logical thinking and data analysis skills, with experience in product configuration and inventory management preferred
· Detail oriented
· Quick learner and can work in a fast-paced environment
· Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information
Required Education
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mathematics/Statistics, Information Management Systems, or equivalent (college enrollment status is a must)
Preferred Education
A Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mathematics/Statistics, Information Management Systems, or equivalent (college enrollment status is a must)
