职位介绍:
餐饮运营的演职人员需要为游客提供迪士尼特色的餐饮服务,为游客在上海迪士尼度假区创造神奇的饮食体验。参与运营演职人员的工作涉及以下一个或多个岗位:快餐服务、餐桌服务和室外餐饮。在不同的岗位上,演职人员都会发挥所长,为游客创造难忘的神奇体验。
工作内容:
· 迎宾员 - 根据需要提供卓越的游客服务,为游客提供方向指引,提供活动日程安排等信息和帮助。登记游客的信息,根据实际情况告知可预约的时间,指引游客进入餐厅就餐
· 排位员 - 为游客分配空余的桌位,时刻注意餐厅状况(以向游客提供正确的预估等候时间,并且与前台人员、管理人员以及“乐拍通”人员保持沟通)
· 领位员 - 引导游客入桌就座,为儿童准备儿童椅,确保菜单整洁,时刻注意餐厅大堂情况
· 收银员 - 问候游客并帮助游客下单,将游客订单输入系统,重复订单内容以确保内容准确。与游客确认订单信息与付款方式后,帮助游客完成付款。能够正确处理现金、准确找零。准确读取游客堂食和外带的订单。负责准确保持收银员垫款,确保完成交班前行政工作
· 将脏碗碟从用餐区运送到碗碟清洗区、收拾餐具、储备所有必要物品、更换点餐餐厅弄脏的桌布、摆放不锈钢餐具和玻璃器皿
· 需要按要求推、拉重物(如流动车、独轮车及四轮推车)
· 操作设备完成任务,包括操作身边的加热设备, 清理并保持车体清洁,包括消毒、组装机器(如展示炉、冷却机车、爆米花锅、棉花糖机车与售货亭)等
· 完成上级布置的额外工作
此外,基于业务的需求和演职人员的资质,演职人员会不定时地支持如下职责:
· 在各区域协助客流管控
· 为游客提供方位指引、问询解答、乐园信息等相关的帮助
· 确保工作区域的干净和整洁
· 协助其他工作(包括但不限于商品打包,行李搬运等)
· 确保上海迪士尼度假区的整洁并及时清理地面垃圾
· 在其他相关部门处理现金/POS机相关的工作(* 此仅适用于和现金/POS相关的工作岗位)
我们希望您:
· 能够在每周四至周六或周五至周日(连续3个全天)工作,每周工作时间不超过24小时。
· 具备标准流利的普通话沟通能力,良好的中文书面表达能力和服务意识
· 能独立处理游客问题
· 可能需要在阳光下和/或恶劣天气下的室外工作
· 能够连续工作6个月及以上

Job Summary:
As Host/Hostess, Food and Beverage, to provide immersive and delicious dining experiences at Shanghai Disney Resort, you will work in quick service restaurant, table service restaurant or outdoor vending providing excellent guest service that leaves no magical detail forgotten.
What You’ll Do:
· Greeter - Assist guests with directions, event schedules and other information and assistance as needed to provide excellent guest service. Record guest information, quote accurate times based on dining room status and staffing levels, check in guests into the restaurant
· Assigner - Assign open tables to guests, remain aware of dining room status at all times (necessary to quote accurate estimated wait times, communicate with podium staff, management, photo pass, etc.)
· Seater - Escort guests to their tables, maintain menu cleanliness, monitor the restaurant lobby, and retrieve highchairs and booster seats for younger guests
· Cashier - Greets and takes the guest’s order, enters the order into the system, verifies the guest’s order by repeating the total order back to the guest, assembles the guest’s order and collects payment. Should have cash handling capabilities and be able to count back change. Read point of sale tickets to fill guest’s orders for take-out and dine in. Responsible of maintaining accurate cashier’s fund and complete end-of-day administrative duties
· Carry dirty dishes from dining areas to the dish washing area. Involves bussing of tables, stocking all necessary items, replacing soiled table linens and setting tables with silverware and glassware for table service restaurants
· Pushing/pulling heavy items as required completing tasks (e.g., large carts, dollies, and wagons)
· Equipment operation, including working near equipment that generates heat, cleaning and maintaining overall cleanliness of the wagon, which includes sanitizing and assembling machines (e.g., ovens, popcorn poppers, chiller carts, cotton candy machines and food carts) is required to complete tasks
· Perform additional duties as directed by leaders
Based on business need and Cast Members’ credentials, below tasks will be assigned from time to time.
· Support guest flow in general, including in different locations
· Assist guests with directions, answer questions, provide information and solutions as needed
· Support cleaning work areas and guest areas
· Assist logistics and stocking
· Keep Shanghai Disney Resort clean by picking trash
· Handle cash or process POS in other LOBs ( * applicable to cash-handling/POS related jobs only)
What To Bring:
· Available to work for three full days continuously per week (Thursday to Saturday or Friday to Sunday). 24 hours at most per week
· Possess standard and fluent Mandarin communication skills and excellent Chinese written expression abilities and service recovery abilities
· Able to make independent decisions to ensure guest satisfaction
· May require working outside in the sunlight and/or inclement weather
· Should be able to work for more than six consecutive months.
