Your Role

As product application engineer, you will support Infineon’s digital hot-swap controllers and integrated e-Fuse in AI computing, datacenter, server, and telecom applications.

Key responsibilities in your new role

•Technical Support:

•Provide expert technical support to customers in AI computing, datacenter, server, telecom, and robotics applications

•Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to hot-swap and eFuse

•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate solutions into broader system design

•Go-to-market materials and Knowledge Sharing:

•Contribute to the creation and maintenance of evaluation board, user guide, technical application notes and white papers

•Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and training programs for team members and customers

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

•BSEE or MSEE preferred in Electrical Engineering or equivalent

•1–3-year experience in using digital & analog hot-swap controllers

•Basic PCB design and layout expertise

•Basic experience with simulation tools

•Are self-learning, self-disciplined, and a good team player

•Are extremely responsive, ready to jump on the most difficult design and/or customer issues instantly

•Are good at developing relationships with internal and external engineering community

•Good communication skills in both verbal and written English
