职位介绍：

每天都有成千上万的游客游览上海迪士尼乐园和迪士尼小镇，乐园运营的演职人员将在迎宾、售票、验票、游乐设施和客流控制等岗位工作，确保每一位游客在上海迪士尼度假区拥有便捷有序的神奇体验。在帮助游客体验迪士尼特色服务的同时，您的服务能力与专业素养都将得到锻炼。

工作内容：

·      在操作各项游乐设备时始终将安全放在首位

·      面对在工作中出现的任何紧急情况可以做到临危不乱，并将自身及游客的安全永远放在第一位

·      迎接每日游客的入园、出园以及重返园区，根据到访游客的实际需求，进行主题乐园的售票工作

·      积极解决游客票务方面的问题，对游客的特殊需求做出有效回应

·      与游客及其他演职人员保持密切沟通，为每位到访游客创造难忘体验

·      完成上级布置的额外工作

此外，基于业务的需求和演职人员的资质，演职人员会不定时地支持如下职责：

·      在各区域协助客流管控

·      为游客提供方位指引、问询解答、乐园信息等相关的帮助

·      确保工作区域的干净和整洁

·      协助其他工作（包括但不限于商品打包，行李搬运等）

·      确保上海迪士尼度假区的整洁并及时清理地面垃圾

·      在其他相关部门处理现金／POS机相关的工作（* 此仅适用于和现金/POS相关的工作岗位）

我们希望您：

·      能够在每周四至周六或周五至周日（连续3个全天）工作，每周工作时间不超过24小时

·      对待游客彬彬有礼、有出色的沟通能力和服务意识

·      具有团队合作精神又能够独立解决问题

·      热情洋溢、具有耐心、积极主动

·      能胜任一定的体力劳动，包括长时间站立，经常性弯腰

·      能够应对紧急情况及同时处理多种事情

·      具备标准流利的普通话沟通能力和良好的中文书面表达能力。，若有英语沟通技能优先考虑

·      您需要取得上岗所需的任职资格证书，且完成并通过所有入职之后的培训及考核（包括但不限于：岗前培训）

·      能够连续工作6个月及以上

·      能接受一周七天的灵活工作安排，并且能接受不同的班次，包括晚上，周末和节假日

Job Summary:

Tens of thousands of guests visit Shanghai Disneyland and Disneytown every day. Host/Hostess Park Operations will work at greetings, selling ticket, attractions and guest flow to ensure an efficient and magical experience. Your guest service skills and professionalism will be developed through daily interaction with guests from all over

What You’ll Do:

·      Keep safety as the priority focus while operating a variety of rides and attractions

·      Greet and help all guests enter and exit the park via turnstiles, sell tickets to guests according to their needs

·      Provide luggage storage service to guests

·      Be proactive with guests to answer questions and be flexible in resolving guest situations

·      Constantly interact with guests and Cast Members to create Disney memories for our guests

·      Perform additional duties as directed by leaders

Based on business need and Cast Members’ credentials, below tasks will be assigned from time to time.

·      Support guest flow in general, including in different locations

·      Assist guests with directions, answer questions, provide information and solutions as needed

·      Support cleaning work areas and guest areas

·      Assist logistics and stocking

·      Keep Shanghai Disney Resort clean by picking trash

·      Handle cash or process POS in other LOBs ( * applicable to cash-handling/POS related jobs only)

What To Bring:

·      Available to work for three full days continuously per week (Thursday to Saturday or Friday to Sunday). 24 hours at most per week

·      Provide courtesy to our Guests with good communication skills and a service mindset

·      A team player and be able to solve problems individually

·      Energetic, patient, positive, proactive

·      Physical demand includes prolonged standing and constant bending

·      Be able to handle challenging situations and be able to perform multiple tasks at one time

·      Possess standard and fluent Mandarin communication skills and excellent Chinese written expression abilities.. Competence in conversational English is preferred

·      You will obtain certificate/qualification(s) required for performing the job, and complete and pass all post-employment training and assessments (including but not limited to On-Job-Training)

·      Should be able to work for more than six consecutive months

·      Full availability for any dates in a week and any shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays
