职位介绍：

快餐服务的演职人员会穿着相应主题的服饰，为游客提供友善高效的迪士尼特色服务。此岗位负责收拾餐桌碗碟、处理垃圾、保持所有餐厅区域清洁、传菜、将碗碟和餐具运送至洗碗室、汇总游客点单、将点单送至用餐室/餐饮服务区等。在为游客提供沉浸式餐饮体验的同时，创造迪士尼神奇体验。

工作内容：

· 清理所有用餐处的餐桌、保持用餐区的整洁干净

· 将脏碗碟从用餐区运送到碗碟清洗区、收拾餐具、储备所有必要物品、更换点餐餐厅弄脏的桌布、摆放不锈钢餐具和玻璃器皿

· 协助递送游客订单和饮料

· 协助满足游客要求，提供高效热情的服务

· 可能需要在阳光下和/或恶劣天气下的室外工作

· 完成上级布置的额外工作

此外，基于业务的需求和演职人员的资质，演职人员会不定时地支持如下职责：

· 在各区域协助客流管控

· 为游客提供方位指引、问询解答、乐园信息等相关的帮助

· 确保工作区域的干净和整洁

· 协助其他工作（包括但不限于商品打包，行李搬运等）

· 确保上海迪士尼度假区的整洁并及时清理地面垃圾

· 在其他相关部门处理现金／POS机相关的工作（* 此仅适用于和现金/POS相关的工作岗位）

Job Summary:

As Host/Hostess, Quick Service Restaurant, you will dress in themed costumes and provides efficient and friendly service to all guests. You are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization of dining areas, replenishing restaurant supplies, and delivering guest food and beverage orders to tables. You will provide immersive dining experience while creating Disney magical for guests.

What You’ll Do:

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas including clearing dining tables after use

· Carry dirty dishes from dining areas to the dish washing area. Involves bussing of tables, stocking all necessary items, replacing soiled table linens and setting tables with silverware and glassware for table service restaurants

· Assist in delivering food and beverages to guests sat at tables

· Assist in meeting the needs of our guests by providing efficient and friendly service

· May require working outside in the sunlight and/or inclement weather

· Perform additional duties as directed by leaders

Based on business need and Cast Members’ credentials, below tasks will be assigned from time to time.

· Support guest flow in general, including in different locations

· Assist guests with directions, answer questions, provide information and solutions as needed

· Support cleaning work areas and guest areas

· Assist logistics and stocking

· Keep Shanghai Disney Resort clean by picking trash

· Handle cash or process POS in other LOBs ( * applicable to cash-handling/POS related jobs only)

What To Bring:

· Able to make independent decisions to ensure guest satisfaction

· Flexible/adaptable (may work a variety of areas, conditions, and/or have changing start/end times)

· Strong verbal communication skills (able to positively engage with Guests, team members and management)

· Possess standard and fluent Mandarin communication skills and excellent Chinese written expression abilities

· Full availability for any dates in a week and any shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays
