职位介绍：

餐饮部收发员帮助部门订购、收取、储存、记录和管理生鲜食材以及厨房用品，确保食物新鲜、避免浪费以及确保供给充足。收发员需要具备积极的工作热情及团队合作能力，能够适应快节奏的工作环境， 并且可以在不同温度条件下工作，包括冷房或冷库。

工作内容：

·      协助收货经理按时处理采购订单

·      根据采购订单监督、检查、跟进采购物品；确保按时送货到各部门，保证订单质量、订单数量，以及满足特殊采购要求

·      负责储存管理收到的订单，根据厨房主管和收货经理要求正确派发。确保按照先进先出的原则使用货品并实时监督用量

·      确保将收到的货物在最佳状态内交给厨师

·      完成收货经理指派的其它工作任务

·      确保按时在系统中登记收到及转移的货物。收取、转移、分发货物的数据处理，按时在系统中登记和记录数据

·      完成上级布置的额外工作

此外，基于业务的需求和演职人员的资质，演职人员会不定时地支持如下职责：

·      在各区域协助客流管控

·      为游客提供方位指引、问询解答、乐园信息等相关的帮助

·      确保工作区域的干净和整洁

·      协助其他工作（包括但不限于商品打包，行李搬运等）

·      确保上海迪士尼度假区的整洁并及时清理地面垃圾

·      在其他相关部门处理现金／POS机相关的工作（* 此仅适用于和现金/POS相关的工作岗位）

我们希望您：

·      高中或同等学历

·      具备1-2年以上烹饪行业的相关经验

·      具备基本的食品知识

·      具备优秀的电脑技能

·      确保完成6个月以上的服务行业培训

·      具备基本的英文沟通能力

·      具备标准流利的普通话沟通能力和良好的中文书面表达能力

·      具备较强的学习意愿、能适应新的挑战

·      具备较高的工作热情

·      能够适应较快的工作节奏并且能与团队和谐相处

·      您需要取得上岗所需的任职资格证书，且完成并通过所有入职之后的培训及考核（包括但不限于：岗前培训）

·      能接受一周七天的灵活工作安排，并且能接受不同的班次，包括晚上，周末和节假日

Job Summary:

Goods Receiver/Dispatcher is responsible for processing the purchase orders, receiving goods, storing, recording and managing raw materials and kitchen supplies, keeping foods fresh and ensuring adequate supplies. You need to be motivated and a good team player, and should be willing to learn and adapt well to new challenges in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to adapt to different working conditions with varying temperatures including a cold storage room.

What You’ll Do:

·      Assist purchasing manager in processing the purchase orders in a timely manner

·      Monitor, check and follow up according to the purchase orders for punctual delivery of goods, right quantities, quality and established specifications

·      Store and manage the goods received and dispatch properly as directed by the Executive Chef and Receiving Manager. Maintain FIFO in kitchens and monitor par levels

·      Pass on received goods to the chefs in top condition

·      Perform other duties assigned by the Receiving Manager

·      Perform data input of daily goods received and goods transferred in a timely manner

·      Perform additional duties as directed by leaders

Based on business need and Cast Members’ credentials, below tasks will be assigned from time to time.

·      Support guest flow in general, including in different locations

·      Assist guests with directions, answer questions, provide information and solutions as needed

·      Support cleaning work areas and guest areas

·      Assist logistics and stocking

·      Keep Shanghai Disney Resort clean by picking trash 

·      Handle cash or process POS in other LOBs ( * applicable to cash-handling/POS related jobs only)

What To Bring:

·      High school or relevant education

·      1-2+ years culinary experience

·      Basic knowledge of food products

·      Strong Computer skills

·      Have completed a 6-month Hospitality Industry Training

·      Able to communicate in English

·      Possess standard and fluent Mandarin communication skills and excellent Chinese written expression abilities

·      Should be willing to learn and adapt well to new challenges

·      Has to be motivated

·      Has to get along with fellow Cast Members in a fast-paced environment

·      You shall obtain certificate/qualification(s) required for performing the job, and complete and pass all post-employment trainings and assessments (including but not limited to On-Job-Training)

·      Full availability for any dates in a week and any shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays
