职位内容:
1.为来访者、顾客、供应商和国外同行协调时间、会议安排等。
2.为会议准备一些陈述、报告,收集和总结数据和所有的文件。
3.完成会议纪要,使之成为行动计划或程序的一部分。
4.为以后进一步的分析和处理有序的保留所有的记录,处理或者保留所有类型的机密信息。
5.扮演区域总经理和区域中其他员工之间桥梁的角色,确保他们之间有适当的协调和日常工作的正常运行。
6.每个月位所有部门准备绩效表上报给区域总经理,特别是销售签订的合同,帮助其分析数据(收入等)。
7.遵循公司制定的各级政策和流程。
8.在公司的方针下使用公司的工具和资源。
9.根据安全管理系统的要求,遵守公司所有的安全政策,流程和工作指导书并按照安全手册的要求履行他/她的相关责任,以保护他/她和同事的安全。
10.上级安排的其他任务。
Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate logistics, schedule, meetings and arrangements for visitors, customers, suppliers and overseas colleagues.
2. Prepare presentation, reports, gathering and summarizing data and all documents for business meeting.
3. Finalize minutes of company meeting and implement it to be part of procedure or action plan.
4. Keep filing of all record in a structured way for further analysis and process, handle and maintain all types of confidential information.
5. Acts as liaison between Regional GM and other staff within the company to assure appropriate coordination and follow-up on day-to-day operations.
6. Prepare Performance Sheet for each Dept. monthly as a report to GM, especially Sales for signed contracts, helping to analysis the figures (Revenue etc.).
7. Ensure compliance at all levels of company policies and procedures.
8. Ensure compliance and use of company tools and resources within guidelines.
9. Follow all safety policies, procedures and work instructions according to the safety management system and fulfill his/her responsibilities as stated in the safety manual so as to protect the safety of himself/herself and fellow colleagues.
10. Other assignments from direct superior.
职位要求:
1.本科学历及以上
2.至少一年在大型跨国任职企业助理的工作经验
3.熟练掌握英语书面表达和口头表达能力
4.熟练操作办公自动化软件,如:PPT Excel等
5.具有优秀的沟通表达能力与团队协作能力。
Requirements:
1.Bachelor Degree
2.At least 1 year experience in MNCs.
3.Good command of written and spoken English
4.Proficiency in office automation software, such as: PPT, Excel, etc.
5.Excellent communication skills and team work abilities.
