职位介绍:
饼房的厨师领班的主要工作职责是根据菜单、配方和游客要求烹饪不同的甜品、面包和蛋糕等,包括零点和早午晚餐菜肴。您需要按照部门质量标准制作,烘烤和完成甜品、面包和其它烘烤食品,以安全且有效的方式,帮助存放、找取、清洗、烹饪,并维护洁净的厨房环境。您需要拥有很强的学习能力以及适应新挑战的能力;需能适应快节奏、多变的工作环境;能够控制成本、质量以及数量。
工作内容:
· 负责带领一小组厨师团队
· 善于团队协作精神,建立和维护有效的员工工作关系,积极主动培训员工
· 负责准备高质量、安全的食物及食材原料
· 知道如何制作欧式面包,法式西点,传统西点 ,巧克力技能技巧等等
· 在自助餐现场为游客提供烹饪服务
· 完成上级布置的额外工作
此外,基于业务的需求和演职人员的资质,演职人员会不定时地支持如下职责:
· 在各区域协助客流管控
· 为游客提供方位指引、问询解答、乐园信息等相关的帮助
· 确保工作区域的干净和整洁
· 协助其他工作(包括但不限于商品打包,行李搬运等)
· 确保上海迪士尼度假区的整洁并及时清理地面垃圾
· 在其他相关部门处理现金/POS机相关的工作(* 此仅适用于和现金/POS相关的工作岗位)
我们希望您:
· 具备高中或同等学历
· 具备五年以上的厨房经验
· 具备标准流利的普通话沟通能力和良好的中文书面表达能力
· 有基础英文能力
· 掌握食品安全体系认证并遵循基本的卫生常识和准则
· 必须具备与团队成员进行有效书面和口头沟通的能力
· 具备良好的食品知识并对食品充满热情
· 必须完成厨房安全培训课程
· 了解并关心成本管理,确保食品的一致性和质量
· 具备基本计算机技能,能够学习并应用仓库货存及订购系统软件
· 取得上岗所需的任职资格证书,且完成并通过所有入职之后的培训及考核(包括但不限于:岗前培训)
· 能接受一周七天的灵活工作安排,并且能接受不同的班次,包括晚上,周末和节假日

Job Summary:
A Demi Chef in Pastry Kitchen is one who cooks a specified range of dessert, bread, Cake, including A La Carte and breakfast/Lunch/Dinner items, according to the requirements of the menu, recipe and guests. You will prepare, bake and finish desserts, breads and other baked goods in accordance with departmental quality. You will helps store, retrieve, clean, cook and maintain a clean kitchen environment in a safe and effective manner. You should be willing to learn and adapt well to new challenges; be able to work in a fast paced and ever-changing environment and control cost, quality and quantity.
What You’ll Do:
· Lead a small team of culinary staff
· Be good at team work, establishes and maintains effective employee working relationships, proactively training staff
· Prepares high quality and safe food and ingredients for cooking
· Know how to make European style bread, French patisserie, Traditional desserts, Chocolate skills and so on
· Serves guests at buffet table
· Perform additional duties as directed by leaders
Based on business need and Cast Members’ credentials, below tasks will be assigned from time to time.
· Support guest flow in general, including in different locations
· Assist guests with directions, answer questions, provide information and solutions as needed
· Support cleaning work areas and guest areas
· Assist logistics and stocking
· Keep Shanghai Disney Resort clean by picking trash
· Handle cash or process POS in other LOBs ( * applicable to cash-handling/POS related jobs only)
What To Bring:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Minimum five years of kitchen experience
· Standard fluent Mandarin communication skills and strong written Chinese proficiency
· Basic English proficiency
· Certified in food safety systems and adherence to fundamental hygiene practices and standards
· Must possess effective written and verbal communication skills with team members
· Solid food knowledge and passion for culinary arts
· Must complete kitchen safety training course
· Understand and demonstrate concern for cost management, ensuring food consistency and quality
· Possess basic computer skills to learn and apply warehouse inventory and ordering system software
· Obtain required certification for position and complete all post-hire training and assessments (including but not limited to pre-employment training)
· Full availability for any dates in a week and any shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays
