工作内容:
· 根据供应商的送货清单准确接收货物
· 联系质保、质检对需要检验的货物进行检查
· 协助采购完成SAP系统中的收货流程
· 每周将整理好的采购订单、收货报告和发票交给采购
· 协调各个景点的游乐设备维修技术员及时取走货物,在需要使用叉车运送货物时协调车队
· 在分拨中心提货前,妥善保存好需要运送至分拨中心的返修件
· 与分拨中心协调好日常的收发货工作
· 对游乐设施工程服务部寄存在大修车间仓库的库存备件进行检查,并且在Maximo系统中完成相应的移库
· 根据景点的采购,在Maximo系统中申请创建采购单
我们希望您:
· 机械类或机电一体化类专业优先考虑
· 具备一至三年的库存管理工作经验,拥有实际解决问题的技能,并乐于不断提高自己的协调技能
· 具备机械识图能力
· 有外资或合资企业经验者优先考虑
· 有游乐设备维修经验并拥有相关维修资格证书者优先考虑
· 具备基本的计算机使用技能
· 与公司内部各个级别的人员交流合作的能力
· 积极主动适应高效的工作环境
· 保证准确及时的库存管理工作信息反馈

Welcome to the Facility and Operation Services Team
You will have the perfect stage to showcase your extensive technical experience. In this role, you will leverage your advanced technical skillset to ensure our park’s facilities continue to achieve operational excellence. By ensuring the smooth operation of every magical experience and contributing to our many industry awards and honors, you will help carry forward Disney’s spirit of craftsmanship.
What You’ll Do:
· Receive the goods according to suppliers' delivery lists
· Contact Quality Assurance and Quality Control to inspect the goods that are required to be inspected
· Assist Procurement Specialist to complete the goods receipt process in SAP system
· Send the purchase orders, receipt reports, and invoices to Procurement Specialist every week
· Coordinate technicians from each attraction to take the goods in time and coordinate trucks when transporting goods by a forklift
· Before picking up the goods at the Distribution Centre, properly store the repaired parts that need to be shipped to the Distribution Centre
· Coordinate with the Distribution Centre on daily receipt and delivery
· Carry out checks on the spare parts which are stocked by Attractions Engineering Services in the warehouse of Central Shop, and complete inventory management in the Maximo system
· Create purchase orders in the Maximo system based on the attractions purchase requests
What To Bring:
· Possess standard and fluent Mandarin communication skills and excellent Chinese written expression abilities and spirit of cooperation.
· Major in mechanical or mechatronics is preferred
· 1-3 years of working experience in inventory management, with practical problem-solving skills, and willingness to continuously improve coordination skills
· The ability of recognizing mechanical drawing
· Foreign capital or joint venture company work experience is preferred
· Experience in Amusement ride maintenance and related maintenance qualifications are preferred
· Basic computer skills
· The ability to communicate and cooperate with people at all levels within the company
· Proactively adapt to an efficient working environment
· Ensure accurate and timely information feedback on inventory management
· Pay attention to the needs of clients
· Good teamwork spirit
· Can accept ad-hoc working hours on weekends or holidays if work demands
