Job Summary: 工作概述:
OPL’s overall responsibility is the technical oversight of all production units, including the optimization and coordination of production engineering tasks and activities, development of operations-specific training, turnaround and maintenance optimization, quality management, and support for compliance with regulatory and external technical requirements related to production.

• Ensures the deployment, execution, optimization, and sustainability of a robust operations task and activity list.

• Ensures externally driven technical requirements are prioritized and incorporated in the unit task and activity list.

• Ensures causes of off-spec production are identified and addressed in collaboration with Quality Control and Improvement.

• Ensures an effective SPC program is in place.

• Works with Maintenance, Reliability, and Improvement to resolve issues and identify opportunities to improve unit performance.

• Participates in the Customer Quality Product Complaint Process and leads the investigation and corrective and preventative actions when
identified cause resides in operations.

• Ensure fire safety complies with regulatory requirements by establishing appropriate management systems and improving existing operating procedures.

• Ensure the ERT (Emergency Response Team) has the capabilities required for its designated responsibilities.

• Ensure that relevant documents, procedure, WI, forms, records, and files in the Production Department comply with regulatory and company IMS management requirements and cooperate with Production Leader to develop appropriate control processes to ensure effective implementation.

• Develop process related parameter monitoring model to more promptly address process and operational issues

• Coordinate with other departments to participate in customer/government audits related to the Production Department and ensure the implementation of action items.

Skills, Experience, and Qualifications: 技能,经验和资质：
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in engineering
chemical or mechanical engineering preferred.
拥有认证大学的工程学学士学位
化学工程或机械工程优先
• 5 years of operational experience within a chemical plant
拥有5年化工厂操作经验
• Experience leading/managing cross-functional teams
具有领导/管理跨职能团队的经验
• Knowledge of experience with lean and continuous improvement concepts/tools
