职位介绍:
西餐/中餐/亚洲餐/糕点面包房的一级厨师主要工作职责是根据菜单,配方和厨师长的要求烹饪和制作不同的产品和菜肴,包括冷菜和早餐菜肴。在厨房主管不在的时候,他或她要领导团队的其他成员承担主管的工作职责和完成相应的任务。
他或她具备在厨房主管缺席的情况下带领其厨房团队成员完成既定工作任务的能力。并且要求具有在快节奏的工作环境中,安全使用刀具,明火,电和小型设备的能力。
工作内容:
· 储存生,干,罐装和烹调好的食物;
· 烹饪准备工作:对生的食物和原料进行加工;
· 预制基础的汤,调味汁,沙司,淀粉类食品;
· 烹调汤类,蔬菜,肉类,鱼,贝类和海鲜等食物;
· 在自助餐现场为客人提供服务;
· 具有待客礼仪常识/能够处理意外事故和紧急情况;
· 完成上级布置的额外工作
此外,基于业务的需求和演职人员的资质,演职人员会不定时地支持如下职责:
· 在各区域协助客流管控
· 为游客提供方位指引、问询解答、乐园信息等相关的帮助
· 确保工作区域的干净和整洁
· 协助其他工作(包括但不限于商品打包,行李搬运等)
· 确保上海迪士尼度假区的整洁并及时清理地面垃圾
· 在其他相关部门处理现金/POS机相关的工作(* 此仅适用于和现金/POS相关的工作岗位)
我们希望您:
· 高中或相等的教育资质;
· 3-4年的厨房经验;
· 具备标准流利的普通话沟通能力和良好的中文书面表达能力;
· 知道和遵循基本的卫生常识和准则;
· 必须具备与团队成员进行有效书面和口头沟通的能力;
· 具备良好的食品知识;
· 必须完成厨房安全培训课程;
· 您需要取得上岗所需的任职资格证书,且完成并通过所有入职之后的培训及考核(包括但不限于:岗前培训);
· 能接受一周七天的灵活工作安排,并且能接受不同的班次,包括晚上,周末和节假日。

Job Summary:
A Cook 1 in a Western / Chinese / Asian / Pastry and Bakery kitchen is one who cooks a specified range of products and meals, including cold food and breakfast items, according to the requirements of the menu, recipe and Chef. He / she will also take over the Chef de Partie function in their absence and lead the section under their responsibility.
He / she has to lead a small team of cooks in the absence of the Chef de Partie and to get along with fellow cast members. It requires fast paced environment, works with knifes, open flame, electrical power and small equipment.
What You’ll Do:
· Stores raw, dry, canned and cooked food;
· Prepares raw food and ingredients for cooking You will play a stewardship role in the daily operation in partnership with Line of Business stakeholders;
· Prepares basic stocks, gravies, sauces, starches;
· Cooks soups, vegetable, meat, poultry, fish mollusk and seafood items;
· Serves guests at buffet table;
· Performs basic housekeeping / Able to handle accidents and emergencies.
· Perform additional duties as directed by leaders
Based on business need and Cast Members’ credentials, below tasks will be assigned from time to time.
· Support guest flow in general, including in different locations
· Assist guests with directions, answer questions, provide information and solutions as needed
· Support cleaning work areas and guest areas
· Assist logistics and stocking
· Keep Shanghai Disney Resort clean by picking trash
· Handle cash or process POS in other LOBs ( * applicable to cash-handling/POS related jobs only)
What To Bring:
· High school or relevant education;
· 3-4 years’ of experiences in culinary;
· Possess standard and fluent Mandarin communication skills and excellent Chinese written expression abilities;
· Should know and follow the basic hygiene & sanitations regulation;
· Has to be able to communicate well, written and orally with cast members;
· Should have a good food knowledge;
· Has to complete a kitchen safety course;
· You shall obtain certificate/qualification(s) required for performing the job, and complete and pass all post-employment trainings and assessments (including but not limited to On-Job-Training)
· Full availability for any dates in a week and any shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays
