职位介绍：

  作为初级维修技术员，您将执行上海迪士尼度假区景点设施和设备的故障排除、维修和翻新工作，以确保其维修质量。理解安全、合规和生产力的重要性，并培养良好的团队协作精神。

工作内容：

·      执行测试、预防和纠正性维护、故障排除、大型翻修或安装，包括：各种游乐设备与演出元素中的电气和机械系统，并完成指定的任务；

·      学习并熟练使用公司所提供的信息系统与维修工具，以便在其他高级或资深维修技术员的指导下完成维修工作；

·      接受在岗培训课程并完成理论、实践培训，最终通过相应考试；

·      负责维修工作间的整理，备件库存管理，参加例行交接班会议。

我们希望您：

·      机械、电气或自动化专业者优先考虑；

·      电气方向：在电气、PLC 控制逻辑、发动机等方面具有入门级别的技术能力水平；

·      机械方向：在机械安装、液压和气动总成等方面，需掌握一方面或多方面的基础知识；

·      在监督和指导下进行，测试、维护和故障排除；

·      可以接受灵活的工时安排，需要覆盖园区运营的时间和夜班，包括国定假日；

·      可以学习并理解维修作业计划，使用相关维修系统 ，有独立阅读工程图纸的能力者优先考虑；

·      具有优秀的团队合作精神，良好的沟通技巧并且态度积极乐观；

·      对维修工具和操作间有极强的主人翁意识；

·      具备标准流利的普通话沟通能力和良好的中文书面表达能力，拥有阅读和理解蓝图的能力 ；

·      可以接受在工业型后台区环境下进行工作；经常在户外，高温和潮湿的环境下工作。

By ensuring the smooth operation of every magical experience and contributing to our many industry awards and honors, you will help carry forward Disney’s spirit of craftsmanship.

Job Summary:

 As Junior Technician, you will execute the hands-on maintenance work for the troubleshooting, repair, refurbishment, to ensure the quality of Shanghai Disney Resort Facility Assets (Attractions, Equipment, etc.). Having good teamwork and cooperation spirit while understanding safety, regulatory compliance and productivity are important.

What You’ll Do:

·    Execute test, preventative and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, major rehab, or installation on a wide variety of equipment, including electrical and mechanical systems for the ride and show elements, and accomplish the assigned tasks;[YE2] 

·      Able to learn and use company-provided technology systems and equipment, to finish the maintenance tasks under other senior technicians’ instruction;

·      Attend job training sessions and knowledge and performance assessment training, then pass examinations;

·      Perform workshop housekeeping, inventory control, and attend the shift briefing.

What To Bring:

·     Possess standard and fluent Mandarin communication skills and excellent Chinese written expression abilities and spirit of cooperation.

·      Major in Mechanical, Electrical or Automation is preferred;

·      Electrical: Have the entry level of technical ability in electrical, PLC control logic, engine and other aspects;

·      Mechanical: Master one or more aspects of basic knowledge in mechanical installation, hydraulic and pneumatic assembly, etc.

·      Testing, maintenance and troubleshooting under supervision and guidance;

·      Can take flexible work shifts that cover the attraction operating hours and third shift, including public holidays;

·    Able to learn and understand technical job plans and using the maintenance system, ability to read engineering drawings independently is preferred;

·      Excellent team spirit, good communication skills, and a positive attitude;

·      Strong sense of ownership on the maintenance equipment and work;

·      Able to work in the industrial and backstage type of environment. Frequently work in an outdoor, hot, and humid environment.
