职位介绍:
作为舞台技师 ,您将支持现场舞台表演安全进行,包括室内、室外和特殊表演。您将按照舞台监督的指令、时间点或自己执行指令的活动准确操作灯光、音响、视频、索具、道具、自动化设备等。您的职责还包括在演出前后的各项检查工作,保证演出设备的平稳运行,给游客带来完整的演出体验。

Job Summary:
As a Stage Technician, you will support the safe conduct of live stage performances, including indoor, outdoor and special events. You will operate lighting, audio, video, rigging, props, automation equipment, etc. cued by the Stage Manager, timecode or self-cued events. Your responsibilities will also include various checks before and after show, ensure the smooth operation of show equipment to bring guests a complete performance experience.
What You’ll Do:
· Conduct stage technician team to ensure lighting, audio, video, rigging, props, automation equipment, etc. are operating properly;
· Operate designated stage and other live performances within the defined creative parameters;
· Operate Lighting, Audio, Video, Rigging, Props, Automation equipment, etc.; during the show.
· Proper pre and post-show checks to ensure correct and smooth running of the events;
· Conduct proper pre and post-show checks; to ensure correct and smooth running of the events
· Operate all required safety checks before, during and after performances;
· Report and assist with maintenance of equipment;
· Equipment installation;
· Maintain a clean working environment;
· Equipment staging;
· Loading and /unloading of stage equipment;
· Manage show equipment and tracking maintenance through the “Maximo” system;
· Other work assigned by managers.
What To Bring:
· Working experience of below one or more entertainment equipment, including Lighting, Audio, Video, Rigging, Props, Automation equipment, etc.
· Audio – 32-channel+ audio consoles, passive and active speaker systems, crossovers, EQ’s, wired and wireless microphone systems
· Lighting – 2 DMX Universe+, lighting control consoles, automated lighting fixtures, conventional lighting fixtures, dimmer systems, DMX distribution systems, LED, gel, focusing
· Video – 1080p video projectors, 15,000 lumen+ projectors, video playback servers, video editing
· Controls – MIDI, DMX, TCP/IP, RS422, RS482, RS232 protocols; ability to define and program control sets for entertainment equipment
· Stage machinery and automation: winches, actor flight equipment, hydraulics, car tables, lift tables, electric booms, ProfiNET, and automatic console operation
· Rigging: Stunt or climbing rope, suspension system operation
· Props: understand the principle of the production and maintenance of props and puppets, have some experience in the production and maintenance of props and puppets, be familiar with the execution of props and puppets in performances, and have some problem-solving ability
· Experience with SMPTE timecode preferred
· More than 5 years of stage equipment management experiences is preferred
· Frequently walking and standing; Frequently bending and twisting; Occasionally kneeling constantly using hands
· Pushing / Pulling: Frequently pushing and pulling heavy objects about up to 35kg; Lifting: Regularly lifting heavy objects about up to 12kg, occasionally up to 35kg
· Working Environment: Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions & indoors in areas of low visibility. Ability to work at heights and around stage machinery
· On Stage roles may be required to wear character costumes or a costume, wig, and/or make-up if visible to Guests
· Possess standard and fluent Mandarin communication skills and excellent Chinese written expression abilities.
· English communication skill preferred
· Working at Heights certification may be required (Some of the position needed)
· Must provide full availability for ongoing training
· Responsible; Self-directed; Enthusiastic about interacting and helping Cast Members and clients
· Receptive to special requests; Works with many different clients; Willing to assist others with difficult tasks
· Able to complete daily task list and stay on schedule
· Full availability for any dates in a week and any shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays
