职位介绍：

作为初级烟花技师，您将协助娱乐演出部门进行：烟花库存控制及配送；烟花以及支持设备的库存管理；烟花表演的设置，操作以及分解；演出后台支持；如有需要面对游客还须穿着迪士尼演出服。

工作内容：

带领烟花技师团队实现安全，良好的烟花表演。
烟花及相关设备的搭建，装卸，发射，分解及报告
严格执行安全操作，并遵守工作所有安全制度以及操作流程。
装卸货
根据要求台前或后台支持巡游及指定的表演
准备，测试以及重置表演设备
烟花服务区域日常操作：包括协助收货，运输，安全存储烟花及相关设备，以及有关库存控制流程，实现有效的维护保养系统管理
后台运输支持：包括烟花产品，设备等配送至有关的园区地点
同其他技师团队以及烟花技师配合工作
通过“V-WMS”软件进行烟花演出报告管理和跟踪
完成上级布置的额外工作

需要经常站立和走动、经常推拉重物、经常抬举重物、经常屈颈弯腰，偶尔需要屈膝跪地、经常使用双手
需要能够在各种天气和视野受限的情况下工作，并且需要能够适应高空作业和剧场、舞台作业
需要接受入职培训。
能接受一周七天的灵活工作安排，并且能接受不同的班次，包括晚上，周末和节假日

Job Summary:

As a Fireworks Technician, you will assist the entertainment performance department with:Stock control and delivery of pyrotechnic product; Detailed inventory management for pyrotechnic product and support equipment; Show set-up, operation and breakdown for pyrotechnic activities; Backstage support of shows; On Stage roles: may be required to wear character costumes or a costume if visible to Guests.

What You’ll Do:

· Conduct fireworks technician team to achieve a safe, good show performance.

· Pyrotechnic product and equipment staging, loading, firing, breakdown and reporting

· Demonstrates rigorous safe operating practices and adherence to safety policies and procedures in all aspects of their work

· Loading/unloading

· May require back-stage and on-stage support for parades and selected shows

· Prepare, test and reset equipment for shows

· Daily operation of the Fireworks Services area, which includes assistance with receiving / transport / storage of all pyrotechnic equipment and supplies and related inventory control process, including the management of an effective maintenance system.

· Backstage transportation support, including delivery of product, equipment, and supplies to various Entertainment venues throughout the resort.

· Work with a large team of other technicians and pyro technicians

· Manage show reporting and tracking through the “V-WMS” software application

· Other work assigned by managers

What To Bring:

· Flexible adaptable, receptive to special requests

· Responsible、Self-directed、enthusiastic about interacting and helping Cast Members and clients, willing to assist others with difficult tasks

· Works with many different clients

· Able to complete daily task list and stay on schedule

· Demonstrated ability to use Windows computers and MS Office applications

· Experience with software for inventory management and maintenance tracking

· Working knowledge of entertainment audio/visual equipment

· Detailed knowledge of outdoor pyrotechnic product and correct safe handling procedures

· Ability to create, follow and ensure adherence to safety guidelines

· Ability to drive box trucks and vehicles

· Driving license – Class B2 and Pyrotechnic Driver

· Demonstrate experience working a minimum of 30 outdoor fireworks events

· Working at Heights

· Large scale fireworks operator certificate

· Fireworks junior professional and technical positions qualification certificate

· Possess standard and fluent Mandarin communication skills and excellent Chinese written expression abilities

· Semi-fluent in English

· Walking / Standing: Frequently, Pushing / Pulling: Frequently up to 35kg, Lifting: Regularly up to 12kg, occasionally up to 35kg.Bending / Twisting / Kneeling: Frequently bending/twisting, occasionally kneeling, use of hands: Constantly

· Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions & indoors in areas of low visibility. Ability to work at heights and around stage machinery

· Must provide full availability for ongoing training

· Full availability for any dates in a week and any shifts, including nights, weekends and holiday
