职位介绍:
酒店前台的演职人员将为游客在酒店提供难忘的住宿体验、包括快速高效的入住流程、优秀的游客服务以及各种指引服务等。在专业管理团队的支持和发展下, 您将为来自世界各地的游客提供卓越的服务,达到宾至如归的住宿体验,在游客入住期间创造迪士尼特有的神奇时刻。您还将向游客传播迪士尼文化,将迪士尼的故事讲述带入酒店,为游客提供沉浸式的体验。
工作内容:
· 与游客保持互动,解答相关问题、提供方向指引及活动信息
· 在酒店管理系统里正确更新游客信息以及登记入住的信息
· 熟悉酒店房间划分、所有特殊房价及活动
· 全面了解当日酒店房间状态
· 为游客开具相应的账单
· 操作上级布置的额外工作
此外,基于业务的需求和演职人员的资质,演职人员会不定时地支持如下职责:
· 在各区域协助客流管控
· 为游客提供方位指引、问询解答、乐园信息等相关的帮助
· 确保工作区域的干净和整洁
· 协助其他工作(包括但不限于商品打包,行李搬运等)
· 确保上海迪士尼度假区的整洁并及时清理地面垃圾
· 在其他相关部门处理现金/POS机相关的工作(* 此仅适用于和现金/POS相关的工作岗位)
我们希望您:
· 熟练的电脑操作能力
· 良好的沟通能力并积极为游客提供帮助
· 具有保护游客私人信息的基本职业素养
· 基本的英文读写及听说能力,能使用英文操作系统,及与使用英语的游客沟通具备标准流利的普通话沟通能力和良好的中文书面表达能力
· 能接受一周七天的灵活工作安排,并且能接受不同的班次,包括晚上,周末和节假日

Whether you are a cast member of Front Desk, Bell Services, Recreation, Housekeeping or Call Center, you will have the opportunity to create magical moments for our guests. Your efforts will receive positive feedback from fellow cast members and guests, giving you a great sense of accomplishment.
Job Summary:
Front Desk Cast Members help ensure guests have a memorable stay at our hotels, whether through a speedy check-in process, excellent guest service or assistance with various Guest inquiries. With the support and development from our professional management team, you will be providing outstanding service to guests from all around the world; make them feel at home; and create magical moments throughout their stay. You will embrace and spread Disney culture, and bring the Disney stories to life in our immersive hotels.
What You’ll Do:
· Proactively interact with guests and solve guests’ challenges
· Update guest history and input registration and billing information in the Opera system
· Be familiar with hotel room configurations, different room rates and promotions
· Clearly communicate overall room status current overall room status
· Assist guests with all the in-house billing
· Perform additional duties as directed by leaders
Based on business need and Cast Members’ credentials, below tasks will be assigned from time to time.
· Support guest flow in general, including in different locations
· Assist guests with directions, answer questions, provide information and solutions as needed
· Support cleaning work areas and guest areas
· Assist logistics and stocking
· Keep Shanghai Disney Resort clean by picking trash
· Handle cash or process POS in other LOBs ( * applicable to cash-handling/POS related jobs only)
What To Bring:
· Good computer skills
· Good communication skills and willing to offer assistance to guests
· Understands privacy policies protecting Guests’ personal information
· Basic English skills to operate the English computer system and communicate with guests who speak English
· Possess standard and fluent Mandarin communication skills and excellent Chinese written expression abilities
· Full availability for any dates in a week and any shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays
