职位介绍:
您可能会从事以下的岗位之一:
快乐主人,客房服务协调: 客房协调演职人员的职责包括和各合作部门保持紧密联系,协调客房服务的相关工作。
快乐主人,客房服务(客房准备):客房准备演职人员需要与前台及楼层服务保持紧密沟通,协调酒店客房的安排。
快乐主人,客房服务(失物招领):失物招领演职人员负责对酒店内客人遗失物品的管理。
工作内容:
· 具有很强的沟通技能,需要时能够将相关信息告知在同一区域工作的领班和演职人员
· 为客人及演职人员提供服务,服务内容包含失物招领,为到店客人加快房间清洁并保证安全和相关标准
· 具有非常强的电脑操作能力,并具有良好的电话礼仪
· 能够回复和拨打数量巨大的来自于演职人员的无线电和电话呼叫
· 能够操作计算机及Windows Office系统,对日常报告和信息进行每日的更新。
· 能够多任务工作并且能够注重细节
· 维护所有电话和跟踪服务请求,确保及时响应记录
· 完成上级布置的额外工作

Job Summary:
Your responsibilities may include one of the following:
H/H, Housekeeping- Base: Responsible for tight communication and coordination with related departments.
H/H, Housekeeping- Ready Rooms: Responsible for communication with Front Desk and Floor for the guest room assignment.
H/H, Housekeeping- Lost& Found: Responsible to manage all guest Lost& Found in the hotel.
What You’ll Do:
· Strong communication skills and ability to relay information to leaders and Cast working in the area
· Provide service to Guests and Cast for Housekeeping communications, lost & found service, expediting clean and ready rooms for arriving Guests and oversight of safety and standards
· Must have positive phone etiquette and strong computer skills
· Work and respond to high volume of radio and phone calls to and from Cast Members
· Ability to work with computers and computer systems and utilize Microsoft Office programs to update, maintain reports and information on a daily basis.
· Ability to multi-task and be able to pay attention to small details
· Maintain records of all calls and track service requests to ensure timely response
· Perform additional duties as directed by leaders
What To Bring:
· Full availability for any dates in a week and any shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays
· Can complete repetitious tasks while maintaining quality
· Ability to provide direction to others for consistent application of lodging standards while maintaining strong attention to detail
· Ability to share and communicate information with exceptional professionalism
· Inform leadership of Guest and Cast concerns
· Use of hands: Constantly. Constant use of repetitive wrist motions. Uses repetitive motion for typing and using radios and phones
· Possess standard and fluent Mandarin communication skills and excellent Chinese written expression abilities
