职位介绍:
在上海迪士尼度假区内、外的活动中为游客提供一流服务,协助迪士尼朋友和游客的互动。协助控制客流量和管理现场秩序,以保障游客体验。为游客和演职人员提供协助,包括指路、提供活动日程及其他信息。现场陪伴迪士尼朋友,并协助其和游客的互动。确保迪士尼朋友得到妥善照顾,回答游客的提问,并维持现场秩序。
工作内容:
· 推行健康安全的工作环境,检查和清理表演区域的问题和安全隐患
· 在剧院、园区、酒店和场外活动中观察氛围表演演员、迪士尼朋友和娱乐演出迎宾员的工作表现以确保整体娱乐演出质量
· 监督和确保高效的演出日程安排,并确保演出顺利进行
· 熟悉度假区内的日常娱乐演出时间表、娱乐演出项目、场地设置
· 确保演出区域井然有序,同时创造良好的游客体验
· 主动与游客交流,并且协助迪士尼朋友与游客的互动,了解并解决游客的问题
· 定期给予演职人员肯定和不足的反馈
· 维护、执行和传达公司部门政策和工作流程
· 倡导积极正面充满乐趣的工作环境
· 在特殊情况发生时与管理层和各团队主管保持密切沟通
· 及时完成工作评估和演出报告
· 了解并维护迪士尼朋友的形象
· 在所负责的工作地点确保四大关键要素
· 提供高质量培训,确保一线演职人员熟悉相关操作流程
· 根据需要,参与培训指导的编写和更新
· 提醒一线员工注意迪士尼形象,同时以身作则
· 根据需要,帮助舞台经理处理演职人员的Kronos
· 熟悉纪律处分政策的内容,提醒演职人员遵守记录处分政策,如有需要,及时上报相关事件
· 跟据实际情况,认可一线员工
· 主动与一线演职人员进行交流,及时进行高质量对话
· 在日常运营中激励和指导演职人员
· 能够接受基于运营需求的跨岗位培训
· 负责并协助安排日常演出和彩排(包括季节性和特别活动的运营)
· 根据天气情况、技术故障、演员受伤、服装问题和演出维护等,协助做出演出运营决策
· 指挥上级分配的演出
· 主动提供解决方案和建议,提升运营效率/业务水平/演职人员士气
· 能够独立工作,负责并管理上级分配的相关项目
· 完成其他相关工作任务
· 执行上级布置的额外工作
此外,基于业务的需求和演职人员的资质,演职人员会不定时地支持如下职责:
· 在各区域协助客流管控
· 为游客提供方位指引、问询解答、乐园信息等相关的帮助
· 确保工作区域的干净和整洁
· 协助其他工作(包括但不限于商品打包,行李搬运等)
· 确保上海迪士尼度假区的整洁并及时清理地面垃圾
· 在其他相关部门处理现金/POS机相关的工作(* 此仅适用于和现金/POS相关的工作岗位)

Job Summary:
Provide exceptional service by helping to facilitate the interaction between characters and Guests at the Shanghai Disney Resort and off-property events. Assist with Guest/crowd control and facilitate the Guest experience at various types of entertainment offerings. Assist Guests and Cast Members with directions, event schedules, and other information or assistance as needed. Accompany Character performers on set to assist with Guest Interactions. Ensure the Character performer is attended to, answer Guest questions and assist with queuing.
What You’ll Do:
· Promote a healthy and safe working environment. Monitor performance areas for cleanliness and safety hazards
· Observe performer, Character and Entertainment Host performances in the Theaters, Parks, Hotels and off-property events to ensure quality
· Monitor set/show schedules to achieve efficient operation and ensure they are followed
· Be familiar with entertainment schedules, entertainment offerings, lay out and daily schedules of the Resort
· Maintain efficient operation of performance locations by ensuring that lines move in a timely manner while preserving the Guest experience
· Actively interact with Guests and assist in facilitating the character interaction by ensuring all Guests are able to meet the characters in a quality manner. Anticipate and resolve Guests concerns
· Continually provide Cast Members with positive and corrective feedback
· Maintain, enforce, and communicate Company and department policies and procedures
· Be a motivator and promote a fun and positive working environment
· Keep management and other Leads informed of unusual situations that occur
· Complete all assigned performance appraisals and show reporting in a timely manner
· Understand and maintain the character brand
· Ensure 4 Keys in their location
· Deliver high quality training to ensure frontline Cast Members are familiar with operational procedures
· Get involved in the training guide setting up and refreshing as needed
· Remind Cast Member about Disney Look and also be a role model of Disney Look
· Assist SM to deal with Cast Members’ Kronos as needed
· Be familiar with the content of Disciplinary Action Policy to remind CM to behave properly and report out issues as needed
· Recognize frontline Cast Members on a daily basis with verbal/written recognition according to the real situation
· Initiate communication with frontline Cast Members and conduct timely quality conversation
· Motivate and mentor Cast Members in day-to-day operations
· Remain flexible and open to cross-training based on operation needs
· Responsible and assist running daily offerings and rehearsal (including operation of seasonal and event enhancement)
· Support with show operation decision regarding weather, technical break-downs, performer injuries, costuming problems and show maintenance
· Require Show Calling for the show assigned
· Proactively provide solution and suggestion to improve operation/business/Cast morale
· Work independently and be able to lead and manage projects assigned by leadership
· To perform any other duty as assigned by your leaders
· Perform additional duties as directed by leaders
Based on business need and Cast Members’ credentials, below tasks will be assigned from time to time.
· Support guest flow in general, including in different locations
· Assist guests with directions, answer questions, provide information and solutions as needed
· Support cleaning work areas and guest areas
· Assist logistics and stocking
· Keep Shanghai Disney Resort clean by picking trash
· Handle cash or process POS in other LOBs ( * applicable to cash-handling/POS related jobs only)
What To Bring:
· Experience in leading a team of performers and delivering consistent performances
· Time conscious
· Be role model and self-discipline
· Possess standard and fluent Mandarin communication skills and excellent Chinese written expression abilities.
· Semi-fluent in English
· Must provide full availability for ongoing training throughout a two month period
· You will need to successfully complete and pass all job related training after onboard
· Good leadership and strong communication skills
· Ability to interact effectively between Cast Member and Management Team
· Be able to handle stressful situations and be able to perform multiple tasks at one time.
· Proven ability to problem-solve and optimize operating procedure
· Strong team player and able to collaborate with peers and leadership
· Full availability for any dates in a week and any shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays
