职位介绍：

娱乐演出，快乐主人将陪同迪士尼朋友，与游客互动，为游客创造神奇。在工作中，您将成为迪士尼朋友最亲密的伙伴，为游客带去“原汁原味迪士尼，别具一格中国风”的独特体验。

工作内容：

·      帮助迪士尼朋友做好演出准备（换装，场地准备），及准时到场。

·      现场陪伴迪士尼朋友，确保安全与友好的互动环境, 并协助其和游客的互动。

·      熟悉迪士尼朋友和度假区内娱乐演出的日程安排，帮助游客索取迪士尼朋友签名、合影和互动提问。

·      对游客和演职人员提供协助，包括指路、活动日程及其他咨询。

·      了解与解决游客的顾虑。在演出后提供其他演出场次与地点信息。

·      了解并维护迪士尼朋友的品牌形象。

此外，基于业务的需求和演职人员的资质，演职人员会不定时地支持如下职责：

·      在各区域协助客流管控

·      为游客提供方位指引、问询解答、乐园信息等相关的帮助

·      确保工作区域的干净和整洁

·      协助其他工作（包括但不限于商品打包，行李搬运等）

·      确保上海迪士尼度假区的整洁并及时清理地面垃圾

·      在其他相关部门处理现金／POS机相关的工作（* 此仅适用于和现金/POS相关的工作岗位）

我们希望您：

·      具备标准流利的普通话沟通能力和良好的中文书面表达能力。

·      具有基本的英文会话能力。

·      能够接受室内外的工作。

·      具有一定的抗压能力，能够应对紧急情况及同时处理多种事情。

·      有良好的时间观念。

·      有现场演出协调相关经验优先。

·      能接受一周七天的灵活工作安排，并且能接受不同的班次，包括晚上，周末和节假日。

Job Summary:

Entertainment Hosts/Hostesses are at the heart of creating magical guest experiences through close-up interactions with Disney Characters. In this role, you will become our characters’ closest friend and guide guests’ character engagements with immersive Disney storytelling.

What You’ll Do:

·      Provide assistance to characters/performers, including preparing for shows and sets (getting in/out of costumes, location set-up), and ensure performers are on-time for performance sets

·      Accompany performers on set to ensure a safe, friendly working environment and facilitate the guest experience

·      Be familiar with character and entertainment schedules at the Resort and assist Guests with photographs, autographs and questions

·      Assist Guests and Cast Members with directions, event schedules and other information or assistance as needed

·      Anticipate and resolve Guest concerns. When necessary, provide service recovery after character departures including providing alternate solutions and notification of other set times and locations

·      Understand and maintain Disney Character integrity

Based on business need and Cast Members’ credentials, below tasks will be assigned from time to time.

·      Support guest flow in general, including in different locations

·      Assist guests with directions, answer questions, provide information and solutions as needed

·      Support cleaning work areas and guest areas

·      Assist logistics and stocking

·      Keep Shanghai Disney Resort clean by picking trash 

·      Handle cash or process POS in other LOBs ( * applicable to cash-handling/POS related jobs only)

What To Bring:

·      Possess standard and fluent Mandarin communication skills and excellent Chinese written expression abilities.

·      Basic oral English.

·      Willing to work both indoors and outdoors.

·      Be able to handle stressful situations and be able to perform multiple tasks at one time.Time conscious.

·      Previous experience in coordinating live shows is preferred.

·      Full availability for any dates in a week and any shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
