MAIN PURPOSE
This position is in charge of the development and the performance of the brand in respective region. To drive organic sales growth and network optimization across the region which is aligned with Maison’s objectives. To strengthen the partnership to ensure retailization implementation quality, and level up service standard in specialist channel.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Regional Strategies
- Develop regional strategies to achieve Specialist target in terms of qualitative & quantitative aspects.
- Implement this strategy to ensure annual business objectives are met.
2. Network Expansion & Optimization
- Provide first-hand information concerning Specialist projects in each city.
- Collect and develop market intelligence on China markets, update competitors’ information in China.
- Study the China watch market and set up a qualitative expansion plan with target city, target POS and target dealer.
- Improve the network by 1) Opening new good POS; 2) Close POS with bad performance; 3) Relocation/ Renovation the POS with old image; 4) Build up the good relationship with Dealers, Landlord for any further cooperation to meet the expansion target.
3. Partnership
- Keep close communication & relationship with dealers’ contact windows.
- Maintain relationship with landlords well.
4. Retailization
- Directly supervise the POSs in the region and follow the SOP of retailization in specialist channel.
- Regular visit to the POSs in the region. Provide feedback to store managers, and dealer operation team to make action plan and improvements in a timely manner.
- Strives for operational excellence within all POSs / Dealers and proactively works with store manager and dealer operation team to improve their professionalism according to their opportunities and constraints.
- Close monitor Mirror transaction to further improve the experience of clients and stakeholders.
- Reviews the Merchandising in the network.
- Be able to do on-site coach in the POSs as needed.
- Update the visit feedback report and track the follow-ups on monthly basis.
- Provide sales estimate for new product launch and monitor the corresponding sales activities.
- Analyse and evaluate product sales results, collect and provide qualitative feedbacks.
- Guide POSs to increase the repurchase rate.
- Improve overall service quality to meet Cartier standard.
- Improve all CRM program follow-ups of CDB Completion / Top 100 / NHP / Care Registration / WARM implementation.
- Monitor the handling of specific outstanding after-sales claims, escalated by the Area Manager.
- Provide specific action plan, bring the POSs to achieve higher performance.
5. Training
- Develop Cartier POS Staff files and follow-up with training and coaching.
- Provide all necessary support/assistant during the classroom training & on site coaching.
- Collecting the training needs, feedback from all areas, dealers for further training master plan.
6. POS Events
- Work with marketing team to allocate the events to specialist network.
- Communicate the above proposal with dealers to collect the event needs to finalize the event schedule.
- Provide all necessary coordinate & support during the event.
7. Business Analysis &Reports
- Provide all necessary Business analysis & reports in good quality.
