MAIN PURPOSE
Assist and support the Operation Excellence Associate Director in managing key projects and initiatives. You will lead and drive the implementation of strategic projects by developing and delivering effective tools, methodologies, and standardized operational frameworks. Act as a key change enabler by guiding and supporting retail team throughout the communication, implementation process, ensuring full adoption, sustained execution, and measurable project success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Collaborate and ensure roll out of key Projects
- Understand and embrace company strategy of further driving operation excellence
- Closely work with HQ International retail department to ensure smooth roll out of key projects such as but not limited to: MTT and Floor management, BOH management, Internal communication efficiency, daily briefing etc.
- Communicate purpose and roll out plan to onboard key stakeholders
- Prepare communication deck and projects advancement meetings
- Ensure excellence of execution by providing field support, tools and methodology by working closely with retail management during and after the roll out
2. Project roll out follow up & implementation monitoring
- Monitor project progress and implementation quality, ensuring high standards of execution across all phases
- Collaborate closely with the regional retail team to ensure all BTQ boutiques fully comply with company standards
- Track project milestones and deliver regular updates to HQ, providing timely feedback, insights, and actionable recommendations
3. Spot improvement opportunities & lead action plan
- Dare to challenge status quo and habits
- Be proactive and take initiative by proposing new way of working after identifying new areas of improvement in terms of operation excellence to further enhance, team and client experience management
4. National Event Support
- Lead or organize operation support for national /HJ event
- On-site event support and consolidate the qualitative feedback after the event
