职位介绍:

作为公司服装部采购团队的成员,该职位关注服装部采购相关的系统操作,以支持上海迪士尼度假区。采购助理将处理公司服装部采购订单数据的录入、系统收货操作等各项事宜。

工作内容:

·      您需要根据服装部需求协助接收采购申请单。

·      您需要协助进行服装采购申请单的系统录入,确保其符合上海迪士尼度假区采购政策和指导方针。

·      您需要协助跟踪订单状态,及时发现变化和修正错误。

·      您需要在订单生成后,及时告知相关采购买家及用户。

·      您需要协助进行系统收货操作,以确保每月费用报表的准确性。

·      您需要定期整理订单报表以对服装部进行数据支持。

·      完成上级布置的额外工作。

我们希望您:

·      具有1-2工作经验。

·      具有专科或同等资历证书。

·      具有基本英语读写能力。

·      具备标准流利的普通话沟通能力和良好的中文书面表达能力。

·      拥有良好的沟通能力。

·      注重细节。

·      理解采购流程。

·      拥有团队协作能力。

·      具有一定的抗压能力,能够应对紧急情况及同时处理多种事情 。

Job Summary:

As a member of Costuming Buying Team, this position focuses on system operation related to Costuming purchasing, in support of Shanghai Disney Resort. The Procurement Assistant will handle purchasing data entry and goods receipt operation of Costuming in the system. 

 

What You’ll Do:  

·      Assist in processing purchase requisitions according to the demands of Costuming;

·      Assist in conducting costumes procurement data entry and ensure it is in compliance with Shanghai Disney Resort procurement policies and guidelines;

·      Assist in tracking the status of purchase order, identify changes and fix errors in a timely manner;

·      Inform relevant buyer and user once purchase order is created;

·      Assist in processing system goods receipt operation to ensure the accuracy of monthly expense report;

·      Regularly export order report to give data support to Costuming Team;

·      Perform additional duties as directed by leaders;

What To Bring:

·      1-2 years of working experience;

·      Post-secondary degree or Certificate;

·      Basic reading and writing skills in English;

·      Possess standard and fluent Mandarin communication skills and excellent Chinese written expression abilities;

·      Good communication and interpersonal skills;

·      Attention to detail;

·      Understanding procurement processes;

·      Ability to work in a team environment;

·      Be able to handle stressful situations and be able to perform multiple tasks at one time;

·      Have a good sense of service and can respond to users in a positive way;

·      Familiar with Microsoft Office software such as Excel, Word;

·      Experience in using SAP systems is preferred;

·      Full availability for any dates in a week and any shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays;
