职位描述

Responsibilities:

1. Work as supply chain representative, drive impactful innovation to ensure on time in full delivery, and approach GM improvement plan, with considering supply chain resilience and agility.

2. Represent China to explore Import & Export opportunities

3. Manage project network, coordinate internal resources, communicate key milestones and influence cross functions, as a PMO

4. Manage supply chain related risks from concept to launch phase, including technical risks, product quality, production line capability, material handling and write-off, capacity preparation etc.

5. Design China Sourcing strategy, with right sourcing unit, validation progress, for new product concept and technical solution development based on business needs.

6. Business case validation and supply chain cost estimation.

7. Logical thinking and problem solving under regional complex business environment.

任职条件

Requirements:

1). Education Undergraduate degree in Logistics, SC Operations, Planning, Engineering or related fields.

2). Experience 3+ years of relevant experience

3). Preferred with factory operation experience or knowledge of Ice Cream/FMCG industry.

Skills Specific: A working knowledge of Project Management, Supply/Site Planning operation, and Logistics Management.

Competencies & Abilities:

1). Project Management: Essential skill requirement, proficient in MS Project

2). Data analysis: Proficient in Excel, preferred with Power BI etc.

3). Communications: This position requires excellent communication skills

4). Financial knowledge: Basic SC finance control and P&L sense

5). Planning experience: Preferred with S&OP or Site Planning.

6). SAP operation: Basic operation requirement

7). Problem Solving: Essential skill requirement

8). Business Sence: In-depth understanding of, or experience with the piloting, prioritizing launch of the innovation side of the business.

9). Real Accountability: Essential skill requirement

10). Team Commitment: Essential skill requirement

11). English: Fluent in both writing and speaking
