职位介绍：

带领服装团队的日常工作，包括库存管理、协调修补、订购服装间用品、演职人员排班和任务分配，负责演出服的修补和保养，保证演出服装忠于原创，演出前的演出服准备和仓库管理。

工作内容：

·      具备带领服装助理团队的能力，包括库存盘点、演出服派发、检查演出服的穿着是否合规，以及演出服保养。

·      负责服装助理的排班，能够在权责范围内随机应变。

·      能够运用合理的工具和技术制作和修补演出服。

·      保持与演出人员的日常沟通，确保其穿着的演出服整洁美观。协助演出人员着装、换装， 清洁整理穿过的演出服和贴身衣物（如T恤、袜子、短裤等）。

·      能够协调团队，确保准确按时完成所分配任务。

·      洗涤演出服及贴身衣物，包括但不限于分类、搓洗、手洗单件演出服和贴身衣物，烘干、熨烫、折叠整齐后挂起存放。

·      执行上级布置的额外工作。

我们希望您：

·      熟练使用计算机及其办公软件。

·      具备操作各种缝纫机的能力。

·      熟悉演出服库存管理，了解库存管理系统者优先。

·      能领导演出服团队，确保遵循正确的创意指导。

·      具备一定的英语能力。

·      具备标准流利的普通话沟通能力和良好的中文书面表达能力。

·      您要完成并通过所有在入职之后的培训。

·      能接受一周七天的灵活工作安排，并且能接受不同的班次，包括晚上，周末和节假日。

Job Summary:

Leading a costuming team in all aspects of the daily scheduled tasks, including inventory control, repair co-ordination, ordering of supplies, staff scheduling and task assignment. Handling costumes, including repairs and maintenance, inspection for correct ‘creative’ appearance, preparation for shows, inventory control.

What You’ll Do:

·      Ability to lead a costuming team in all aspects of the costume department, including inventory, costume assignment to performers, costume presentation inspection and maintenance.

·      Co-ordination and scheduling of staff to complete daily workload, including the ability to adjust task, and schedules on short notice.

·      Demonstrate knowledge and appropriate use of tools and techniques used in costume making and maintenance.

·      Interacts with performers constantly. Ensures each performer has a clean, great looking costume to wear on a daily basis. Helps performers dress and undress the costumes, and takes care of their worn costumes and under-dressings (t-shirts, socks, shorts, etc.).

·      Ability to co-ordinate a team and ensure daily tasks are assigned and performed appropriately and on time.

·      Laundry, including (but not limited to) sorting, scrubbing, hand-washing, placing in dryer, ironing, folding, placing all costumes and under-dressings on hangers.

·      Perform additional duties as directed by leaders.

What To Bring:

·      Demonstrated ability to use Windows computers and MS Office applications.

·      Demonstrated experience with different sewing machines and techniques.

·      Understanding of Costume inventory and preferably an understanding of inventory control systems.

·      Ability to lead a team of Costumers to ensure all work is performed in a consistent manner and that the correct creative direction is maintained.

·      Intermediate levels in English.

·      Possess standard and fluent Mandarin communication skills and excellent Chinese written expression abilities.

·      You will need to successfully complete and pass all job related training after onboard.

·      Full availability for any dates in a week and any shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
