职位介绍:
上海迪士尼度假区每天为游客呈现丰富的演出。作为服装服务助理,您将确保每日娱乐演出的顺利运行、为游客创造神奇的体验。该职位的主要职责包括服装及服装间用品库存的统计及整理、帮助演职人员在演出前和演出中快速穿着和更换服装、演出服装的修补和保养、确保服装清洁完好。
工作内容:
· 为上海迪士尼度假区的演职人员提供专业的服装服务和协助,协助演职人员完成演出的着装协助。
· 演出前的服装准备、协助演职人员着装、快换和打理服装,确保演职人员能够快速找到需要的服装和配件;时刻保持发放楼层和更衣箱区域干净整洁有序,以保证演职人员体验。
· 协助演职人员着装、快速换装和打理服装。
· 对演职人员提供各种服装相关服务,包括试衣和尺码确认、服装借取流程咨询、服装查找和维修、更衣箱查找和维修、名牌制作、服装账号查询及其它服装相关服务。
· 及时清理归还服装;洗涤演出服及贴身衣物,包括并不限于分类、搓洗、手洗单件演出服和贴身衣物,烘干、熨烫、折叠整齐后挂起存放。
· 接受来自工厂和仓库的货物,进行质检、预洗,将服装录入系统,上架, 并确保尺寸款式准确,便于演职人员查找。
· 内勤清理打扫工作, 以及其他被分配的任务。

· 具有基本的英文会话能力更佳。
· 具备标准流利的普通话沟通能力和良好的中文书面表达能力。
· 能够熟练使用电脑和操作办公软件。
· 可能需要在不同环境和区域工作。
· 需要接受为期两个月的入职培训。
· 能接受一周七天的灵活工作安排,并且能接受不同的班次,包括晚上,周末和节假日。

Job Summary:
Shanghai Disney Resort provides spectacular shows to guests every day. As a Costuming Service Attendant, you will ensure smooth operation of daily shows and create magical experiences for guests. Responsibilities include managing inventory of costumes and costume store rooms; assisting Cast Members in dressing before and during the show; ensuring quick changes; repair and care for costumes; and making sure costumes are in perfect condition.
What You’ll Do:
· Provide costume services to Shanghai Disney Resort Cast Members and assist with any costume related issue.
· Costume pre-show set up preparation, assist Cast Members in dressing, quick changes and care for costumes. Make sure all Cast Members can find their costumes and accessories easily and quickly; make sure that Issue Floor and Locker Area are always tidy and clean to meet Cast Members’ satisfaction.
· Assist Cast Members in dressing, quick changes and care for costumes.
· Provide a variety of apparel-related services to cast members, such as fitting, size checking, costumes borrowing process enquiry, costume look-up and repair, locker look-up and repair, nametag production, costume account look-up and other costume related service.
· Timely cleaning and return of costumes; laundry, including (but not limited to) sorting, scrubbing, hand-washing costume items, placing into dryer, ironing, folding, placing all costumes and under-dressings on hangers.
· Receiving goods from factories and warehouse, check quantity and quality, pre-wash, scan into system and make sure types and sizes are correct for Cast Members.
· Housekeeping and other assigned tasks.
What To Bring:
· Excellent communication skills, ability to maintain a positive attitude and work well in a team setting.
· Basic oral English is a plus.
· Possess standard and fluent Mandarin communication skills and excellent Chinese written expression abilities.
· Proficient with computers and office software.
· May be necessary to work in different environments and locations.
· Must provide full availability for ongoing training throughout a two-month period.
· Full availability for any dates in a week and any shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
