职位介绍：

中控员的主要职责是使用各类安保及相关在SCC内的系统，来和现场团队进行沟通，以确保度假区的安全及稳定。系统包括但不限于CCTV，门禁，钥匙管理，对讲机，巡更，周界报警，紧急报警，电梯对讲等。中控员需完成安保助理经理指定的工作，以迪士尼的品质标准为指导让游客有一个独特的体验。

工作内容：

·      操作及监控所有在中控室里的安防系统及其它系统，如有任何异常情况发生，及时通知安保领班或助理经理及相应人员；

·      确保持有有效的、符合政府标准的相关证件；

·      确保所有的系统正常，如有问题需记录在案。联系供应商修复相关故障，若修复会影响正常运营，需向安保领班或者助理经理及时报告；

·      处理任何紧急情况时，需保证信息沟通清晰有效；

·      报告记录要符合标准规则，记录需包括事件、时间、人物、如何发生、详细情况以及安保的应对措施；

·      上岗前需参加培训并达到基本的培训要求；

·      工作中严格遵守迪士尼安全准则；

·      遵照运营指南工作，并留存文档内容；

·      遵循公司保密政策，对公司信息做好保密工作。

我们希望您：

·      适应户外工作，能胜任一定的体力劳动，包括长时间站立，经常性弯腰

·      具备标准流利的普通话沟通能力和良好的中文书面表达能力

·      能用英语进行书面和口头表达

·      能熟练操作相关英文系统

·      熟练操作电脑和使用基本办公软件，如Word、 Excel、 PowerPoint等

Welcome to the Security, Safety, Fire and Health Service Team

Safety is top priority in the operations of Shanghai Disney Resort and is the foundational element of Disney's Five Keys. We collaborate with cast members and provide expert training across various fields. Our goal is to protect the magical experiences at Shanghai Disney Resort by ensuring high-quality safety services.

Job Summary:

The Security Control Center Officer is responsible for managing various security systems in SCC and communication with onsite service team to ensure the smooth and safe operation in Shanghai Disney Resort. Systems might include but limit to CCTV, Access Control, Key & Lock, Radio, Patrol, Perimeter Alert, Panic Alarm, Elevator intercom, and etc. Correspondent certificates are required. The officer is to complete assigned daily tasks by Security Assistant Manager/Security Lead so that perform to Disney’s quality standards, serving our guests with unique experience.


What You’ll Do:

·      Monitor all security systems and other systems in the control center and notify the security lead or security assistant manager if there is any abnormal circumstance occurs

·      Ensure his/her holding certificate of certain security system is valid and meet the local government standard

·      Properly maintain various systems and records in the logbook. Contact vendor to fix any out of order and report to the security lead or security assistant manager if the repair work would impact the routine operation

·      Ensure clear and efficient communication with peering functions when dealing with a different type of emergencies or difficulties

·      Generate standard report and genuinely record what, when, who, how an incident happened and the countermeasures that Security has taken

·      Attend company required training and meet the basic training requirement

·      Use his/her experience to ensure the team could strictly follow Disney safety rules at work

·      Properly follow complaint operation guideline and keep the filing

·      Follow the company's confidentiality policy. Keep confidential with the company information.


What To Bring:

·      Working in an outdoor environment and able to perform some physical labor, including standing for long periods of time and bending frequently.

·      Possess standard and fluent Mandarin communication skills and excellent Chinese written expression abilities.

·      Able to express oneself in written and oral English

·      Able to operate relevant English systems

·      Able to operate basic Microsoft Office, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

·      College education background preferred

·      3-year working experience in a security & fire control center

·      Holding a qualified certificate of security & fire system operation based on local government standards

·      Demonstrated partnering and good interpersonal skills

·      Demonstrated guest service mindset and skill

·      Be able to handle stressful situations and be able to perform multiple tasks at one time.

·      You shall obtain certificate and qualification(s) required for performing the job, and complete and pass all post-employment training and assessments (including but not limited to On-Job-Training)

·      Full availability for any dates in a week and any shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays
