Job Description:
1. Electrical safety
1.1 Understand and follow company's electrical standards, including electrical installation, design, and OEM standards.
1.2 Strictly manage the electrical activities in the factory to meet the electrical standards.
1.3 To participate in electrical safety discussions and analyze electrical accidents with the safety team.
2. Quality
2.1 Support the improvement of equipment related to quality and food safety.
3. Control system Reliability and Efficiency
3.1 Develop the PM/PDM plan and complete the PM&PDM activities with a high quality.
3.2 Conduct AHC program, insure the health of the electrical equipment.
3.3 Problem solving and troubleshooting of Factory control systems and ensure to be in constant communication with shift production and reliability teams to understand any breakdown or reliability issues.
3.4 Keep up to date of industry trends and make the necessary recommendations.
3.6 Lead the improvement of equipment efficiency improvement activities.
4. Calibration and assets management
4.1 Implement instrumentation calibration activities according to the calibration program.
4.2 Responsible for the management of new assets.
5. Project management
5.1 Make sure the automation project to meet the electrical standard.
5.3 Lead the small minor projects, make sure all the projects follow the factory EWP program, responsible for the project URS writing, installation, commissioning, handover.
6. Cost Control
6.1 Make the electrical maintenance cost budget OP.
6.2 Optimize spare parts inventory and procurement strategy.
6.3 Improve the shift operator’s electrical skill through good training skill.
6.4 Lead cost reduction improvement projects.
Knowledge / Experience:
1. At least five (
5) years’ work experience in electrical activities.
2. Strong background in preventive maintenance.
3. Good overall knowledge on food safety, GMP, HACCP principles.
4. Excellent organizational, analytical, project management and technical skills.
5. Self-Management following defined KPIs/Objectives, and proactively tracking them.
Education & Professional Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics).
2. Has 4 years or above experience in the Electrical\PLC\SCADA function.
3. Fluent in English (verbal and written) skills.
