职位介绍：

这个岗位主要负责消防控制室值班与操作消防系统，并记录消防系统的运行情况。

工作内容：

·      熟练掌握消防控制室设备的功能及操作规程，按照规定测试自动消防设施的功能，保障消防控制室设备的正常运行；

·      发现并配合各部门处理好日常及各种突发事件；

·      及时确认火警报警信号及故障信号并报告；

·      及时做好设施设备故障报修工作；

·      认真做好消防控制室的火警、故障报修和值班记录等台账，如实填写每天的系统运行记录及交接班记录；

·      熟悉各单体报警点位、消防设备设施分布和单体防火设计；

·      参与微消防站培训、演练等事项；

·      完成上级交办的其他工作。

我们希望您：

·      具备高中学历以及四至五年相关工作经验，或者大专学历二至三年相关工作经验，或者本科学历一至二年相关工作经验

·      具备良好的身体素质，需要进行步行、提举及站立等动作

·      熟练操作电脑和使用基本办公软件，如Word、 Excel、 PowerPoint等

·      持有四级建（构）筑物消防设施操作员或以上级别证书

·      您需要取得上岗所需的任职资格证书，且完成并通过所有入职之后的培训及考核

·      能接受一周七天的灵活工作安排，并且能接受不同的班次，包括晚上，周末和节假日

·      具备标准流利的普通话沟通能力和良好的中文书面表达能力。

Safety is top priority in the operations of Shanghai Disney Resort and is the foundational element of Disney's Five Keys. We collaborate with cast members and provide expert training across various fields. Our goal is to protect the magical experiences at Shanghai Disney Resort by ensuring high-quality safety services.

Job Summary:

This position is mainly responsible for fire control room duty and operation of fire control system, and record the operation of fire control system.

What You’ll Do:

·      Familiar with the function of fire control room equipment and operational procedures, test the function of automatic fire control facilities under the relevant provisions, guarantee the normal operation of fire control room equipment;

·      discover and cooperate with all departments to deal with various type of emergencies;

·      Timely confirm and report fire alarm signals and fault alarm signals;

·      Timely report fault of fire equipment and facility for maintenance;

·      Records fire alarm, fault, and duty information earnestly, truthfully fill in system operation records and hand-over records every day;

·      Familiar with the alarm points, the distribution of fire devices, and fire designs of every building;

·      Taking part in the micro fire station training, drilling, and so on;

·      Accomplish other tasks arranged by the leader.

Based on business need and Cast Members’ credentials, below tasks will be assigned from time to time.

·      Support guest flow in general, including in different locations

·      Assist guests with directions, answer questions, provide information and solutions as needed

·      Support cleaning work areas and guest areas

·      Assist logistics and stocking

·      Keep Shanghai Disney Resort clean by picking trash

·      Handle cash or process POS in other LOBs ( * applicable to cash-handling/POS related jobs only)

What To Bring:

·      For a high school degree, 4 to 5 years of relevant firesafety experience needed; or for a college degree, 2 to 3 years firesafety experience needed; or for Bachelor’s degree and above, 1 to 2 years relevant firework experience needed;

·      Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy objects, bending, standing for long periods.

·      Able to operate basic Microsoft Office, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint;

·      Equipped with the Level four of Fire Facilities Operator Certificate

·      You shall obtain certificate and qualification(s) required for performing the job, and complete and pass all post-employment training and assessments.

·      Full availability for any dates in a week and any shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays

·      Possess standard and fluent Mandarin communication skills and excellent Chinese written expression abilities.
