JOB TITLE: HR Supervisor (Contractor)

MAIN PURPOSE
The purpose of this position is to provide professional Human Resources Services to one maison in China.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Compensation and Benefits
Maintain record of LTI and manage the payment process;
Participate in selected C&B surveys, conduct analysis and consolidate important economic predictors, such as consumer price index, unemployment rate, GDP, to propose recommendation on C&B program and annual salary adjustment;
Support projects related to Tax efficiency, benefits comparison and alignment and communicate with related stakeholders;
Support for assignee, TD and local hire foreigners mobility issues;
Coordination of employee relations activities;
Monitor timely update of personnel records (personal details, position, salary, appraisal outcomes, leave records, medical insurance entitlement and awards);
Monitor payroll administration and make all necessary co-ordination (variable compensation, overtime, expatriates compensation, TEP, special payments);
Work closely with COE team on annual IIT declaration campaign, and providing support (Q&A) to office employees;
Process alignment with COE team for relocation of job responsibilities.
Compliance
Ensure Review and Update employment contract;
Ensure all payroll process aligned with compliance & HR SOP requirement;
Monitor compliance & HR SOP fully carry on in terms of payroll, C&B and staff working hours
Internal Communication
Develop and implement internal communication/culture through different channels;
Plan, organise and implement engagement events;
Employee activities organizer, such as annual conference, townhall meeting, Montblanc Star, etc;
Montblanc internal ESG project coordination.
Boutique Proximity
Participate boutique proximity with HRBPs when necessary;
Smooth communication with Retail department, boutiques and responsible office department staffs to ensure the sufficient HR support provided.
Training and Development
Nominate & coordinate for new employee induction training within maison and Richemont L&D.
Others
Legal document/compensation preparation for BTQ closure or contract expiry;
Prepare legal document for staff promotion/transfer/salary adjustment.
Support & develop any ad-hoc project if needed.
Coordinating with COE team on other HR tasks if needed
Requirement
Bachelor degree or above
Minimum 5 years solid experience in the HR field
Familiar with country’s labor law & personnel regulations
Excellent social & communication skills
