职位介绍:
商品库存管理主要职责是通过系统收货、系统补货、和盘点实现对商品库存的控制,有效维护商品库存数据的完整性,确保商品的系统库存和实际库存一致,从而支持商店正常的商品运营。
工作内容:
· 正常的扫枪收货和接收供应商直接送货的商品
· 盘点包括正常计划的盘点和对已经关闭补货的商品进行的盘点
· 每天12:00,18:00和闭店后需要更新每个店铺的销售信息(销售数量与销售金额)
· 商品门店转移公式(辛巴系统库存 – 前场最大陈列数 – 每天的平均销售数)
· 商品内部领用
· 促销商品记录
· 退给大仓或者退给供应商
· 检查万能码的使用
· 商品补货表
· 每周要闻(包括收货数量、补货数量、盘点数量、每日销售数据、新品信息、大仓缺货报表、销售额前20报表以及21天零销售报表)
· 对销毁商品及微损商品进行分拣
· 前场商品最大陈列数更新
· 检查所有的文件是否签名
· 每周对偷盗和门店使用的记录进行检查确认签名
· 店铺及其小亭子通过相互之间的商品门店转移将其系统中的负库存转为0
我们希望您:
· 熟练办公软件的操作: 特别是对于Word和Excel的操作,如vlookup和数据透视
· 所有的商品描述和部分邮件是英文的,会英语有利于更好地操作SIMBA、X-admin和BI系统
· 确保系统库存、盘点数据、商品门店转移公式使用以及库存调整的准确性
· 目前这个岗位有32个流程,库存控制专员需要记住所有的流程,并在不同的情况下能使用相应流程的操作方法
· 认真负责:任何系统操作都和系统的准确性息息相关,需要和LP、CP、系统和财务团队紧密合作。
· 团队合作意识强:一些工作需要与其他库存控制专员一起合作,如:盘点和商品门店转移等
· 具备标准流利的普通话沟通能力和良好的中文书面表达能力:对于库存控制专员来说,交接是非常重要的。任何不清楚的交接将会导致不必要的重复做工
· 可能需要通宵:当第三方盘点、设立新店或者由于季节变化导致大量的退仓或商品门店转移时需要通宵

Job Summary:
ICS for Store operations (Merchandise) Heart of House is responsible for business-support function consisting of product receiving, stock replenishment and cycle counting/inventory-control in order to efficiently maintain data integrity to ensure correct stock replenishment in system as well as inventory accuracy.
What You’ll Do:
· Normal receiving gun scan and BPA/DSD receiving
· Inventory includes both regularly scheduled counts and counts for items that have been closed for replenishment
· Each store sales information on each 12:00, 18:00 and closed shop and stock count including normal planed count and close replenishment item count
· STS use formula (SIM inventory - PQ - average one day sale)
· Internal request
· Promotion gift record
· RTW/RTV
· Inspect the use of Universal Product Codes (UPCs)
· Dummy SKU check and Item replenishment list
· Do weekly recap include receive, restock, stock count quantity, daily sale information, new arrival item, DC stock out report, store top 20 sale and 21 days zero sales.
· Destroy damaged items and slightly damage item sorting
· PQ update
· Signature check on all documentations
· Theft and store use one week record
· Negative number check with STS between store and kiosk
What To Bring:
· Understand Microsoft application: especially for word and excel functions and operations such as vlookup, pivot table.
· Help to apply SIMBA, X-admin and BI report system, and all item description and some emails are in English, and help to apply SIMBA, X-admin and BI report system, and all item description and some emails are in English.
· Check the inventory, stock count, STS formula usage, inventory adjustment.
· Current total 32 ICS different processes, should be memory with different operate methods under different situations.
· Carefulness and Strong Responsibility: any system operation is related to the inventory accuracy, needs work closely with LP, CP, system and finance team.
· Strong Sense of Teamwork: some work needs cooperate with other ICS like stock count and STS (not only own store ICS, but also other area ICS)
· Possess standard and fluent Mandarin communication skills and excellent Chinese written expression abilities: handover is very important to ICS, any unclear handover will cause unnecessary of double work.
· Irregular overnight: thirty party or large volume stock count, new store set or seasonal change as well as large volume RTW or STS.
