快乐主人 : 缤纷变幻沙龙零售店铺的沙龙迎宾台演职人员主要负责迎接游客,积极友好地与游客交流、协助游客选择套餐和礼服并完成变装服务。积极帮助游客和同事,提供优质的服务和准确的信息(包括指路,游乐设施,演出安排等)。
快乐主人,快乐收银员: 上海迪士尼度假区零售店铺的快乐收银员主要负责在POS为游客提供友好,热情的结账服务,为游客提供完美的购物体验。在前台时,当有需要的时候,能够积极友好地与游客交流、协助游客选择喜爱的商品 。积极帮助游客和同事,提供优质的服务和准确的信息(包括指路,游乐设施,演出安排等)。
工作内容:
· 欢迎游客并主动提供协助
· 发现游客的需求并帮助他们找到喜爱的商品
· 提供更多选择建议以丰富游客的购物体验

· 及时高效准确地补货
· 维护商品陈列的高标准
· 学习不同岗位的工作,包括迎宾,收银以及其他岗位的工作, 在一天中按照排班进行不同岗位的轮岗
· 完成上级布置的额外工作
此外,基于业务的需求和演职人员的资质,演职人员会不定时地支持如下职责:
· 在各区域协助客流管控
· 为游客提供方位指引、问询解答、乐园信息等相关的帮助
· 确保工作区域的干净和整洁
· 协助其他工作(包括但不限于商品打包,行李搬运等)
· 确保上海迪士尼度假区的整洁并及时清理地面垃圾
· 在其他相关部门处理现金/POS机相关的工作(* 此仅适用于和现金/POS相关的工作岗位)
我们希望您:
· 能接受一周七天的灵活工作安排,并且能接受不同的班次,包括晚上,周末和节假日
· 适应户外工作,能胜任一定的体力劳动,包括长时间站立,经常性弯腰
· 能够运用电脑
· 服务意识,能主动为游客解决问题
· 团队合作精神
· 具备标准流利的普通话沟通能力和良好的中文书面表达能力
· 积极学习的意愿和能力,包括学习与说普通话以外语言的游客进行简单交流
· 有一年以上在同一家零售公司,参与货品管理的工作经验,并了解或具备一些顾客服务经验
· 您要完成并通过所有在入职之后的培训
· 服从调岗及上级安排的其他工作内容
· 必须具备该岗位所需的资格证书,包括但不限于健康证、职业等级证书等。
· 在工作期间,自觉遵守公司的职业卫生管理制度和操作规程,正确使用和维护职业病防护设施和个人防护用品,积极参加职业卫生知识培训,按要求参加上岗前、在岗期间和离岗时的职业健康检查。

Job Summary:
Host/Hostess, Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique: BBB host/hostess is responsible for greeting and interacting with our guests in a positive and friendly manner following the guest service model and do the princess transformation for guests. This role assists guests and cast members with directions, entertainment, show event schedules, and other information or assistance as needed to provide excellent guest and cast service.
Cashier, Merchandise: Cashier for Store operations (Merchandise) is responsible for POS friendly, enthusiastic checkout service to visitors to provide the perfect shopping experience. When you are on-stage, if needed, as secondary responsibility, you are also responsible for greeting and interacting with our guests in a positive and friendly manner following the guest service model. This role assists guests and cast members with directions, entertainment, show event schedules, and other information or assistance as needed to provide excellent guest and cast service.
What You’ll Do:
· Greet and approach Guests to offer assistance
· Discover their merchandise needs and help them make their selection
· Offer additional merchandise to go with their selection to enrich guests’ shopping experience
· Comment on their purchase
· In accordance with the steps for tourists’ skilled dressing, perfect service experience
· Share product knowledge
· Adhere to all Company policies and procedures, including cash handling procedures and loss prevention guidelines
· Meet attendance and scheduling availability guidelines, adhere to leave application procedures
· Share Resort information & promote synergy
· Interact with children
· Help multiple Guests
· Follow stock replenishment procedures including stock processing, product fulfillment, heavy lifting, accuracy, and efficiency
· Maintain the high standards of visual merchandiser
· Learn how to play the roles as greeter, cashier, and others. Rotate in different roles according to scheduling within 1 day
· Perform additional duties as directed by leaders
Based on business need and Cast Members’ credentials, below tasks will be assigned from time to time.
· Support guest flow in general, including in different locations
· Assist guests with directions, answer questions, provide information and solutions as needed
· Support cleaning work areas and guest areas
· Assist logistics and stocking
· Keep Shanghai Disney Resort clean by picking trash
· Handle cash or process POS in other LOBs ( * applicable to cash-handling/POS related jobs only)
What To Bring:
· Full availability for any dates in a week and any shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays
· Working in an outdoor environment and able to perform some physical labor, including standing for long periods of time and bending frequently.
· Be familiar with computer skills
· Service sense to proactively fix problems for guests
· Good team player
· Possess standard and fluent Mandarin communication skills and excellent Chinese written expression abilities
· Be willing and able to learn skills and knowledge, including some communication skills with non-Chinese speaking Guests
· 1 year and above experience of stock management position in 1 retailing company, with some knowledge or experience of guest-facing position
· You will need to successfully complete and pass all job related training after onboard
· Accept the position change or other work responsibility assigned by the leaders
· Must hold the required certificates of the position, including but not limited to health certificate, and other career certificates.
· Observe the Company’s occupational health management policies and operation procedures, properly use and maintain occupational hazard prevention facilities and personal protective equipment, actively participate in occupational health training and take pre-work, during-work and exit occupational medical check as required.
