职位介绍：

商品陈列的演职人员主要负责计划、管理和调整店铺的商品陈列。作为上海迪士尼度假区商品团队的一员，该职位将可以学习和积累关于迪士尼商品的各类知识，通过专业的设计布局影响销售。该职位将在春节、圣诞节和万圣节等特色节日期间及时更新和维护商品陈列，为游客带去独特的迪士尼体验。

工作内容：

·      通过出色的商品陈列来支持销售目标

·      积极配合陈列领班对店铺陈列进行有效的沟通，提升销售业绩

·      配合陈列领班对商品进行符合公司标准的陈列

·      负责橱窗陈列并根据季节性商品调整来增加销售业绩

·      参加店铺巡场，配合陈列领班，经理完成一致性的陈列调整

·      优秀的客户服务质量

·      在工作期间，自觉遵守公司的职业卫生管理制度和操作规程，正确使用和维护职业病防护设施和个人防护用品，积极参加职业卫生知识培训，按要求参加上岗前、在岗期间和离岗时的职业健康检查。

·      您需要取得上岗所需的任职资格证书，且完成并通过所有入职之后的培训及考核（包括但不限于：岗前培训）

You will play a key role in offering products that guests love, ranging from the latest releases to beloved classics. Every gift is a treasure that extends the magical experiences beyond Shanghai Disney Resort, leaving lasting memories in the hearts of our guests.

Job Summary:

As a Visual Merchandiser, you are responsible for planning, managing and adjusting merchandise layouts. As part of the Shanghai Disney Resort merchandise team, you will accumulate knowledge of Disney merchandise and increase sales through dynamic merchandise displays. Meanwhile, you will see the newest merchandise for the first time during different festivals such as the Chinese Spring Festival, Christmas, Halloween and others. You will always have the opportunity to create a refreshing experience for guests through special seasonal displays and other festivities.

What You’ll Do:

·      Increase sales through effective merchandising displays

·      Communicate with Visual Merchanidising Leads to find efficient ways for increasing sales

·      Coordinate with Visual Merchandisings lead to implement the standard and floor change plan

·      Assist on seasonal window displays to increase sales

·      Coordinate with Visual Merchandising lead to implement floor changes after they have been approved during the floor visit

·      Provide excellent guest service

What To Bring:

·      Knowledge of the visual industry, enjoy the Disney retail environment and good at communication

·      Knowledge of the Disney Visual Merchandising standards - high attention to details and strong customer service awareness

·      Excellent coordination and ability to make quick decisions

·      Ability to work independently and have knowledge of Visua Merchandising guidelines

·      Develop and train other cast members Visual Merhcandising skills

·      Must have a High school degree or higher

·      Possess standard and fluent Mandarin communication skills and excellent Chinese written expression abilities

·      Maintain the front stage and clear the storage room regularly, adapt t to shift work

·      Complete daily Visual Merchandising work as a leader required

·      Observe the Company’s occupational health management policies and operation procedures, properly use and maintain occupational hazard prevention facilities and personal protective equipment, actively participate in occupational health training and take pre-work, during-work and exit occupational medical check as required.

·      You shall obtain certificate/qualification(s) required for performing the job, and complete and pass all post-employment trainings and assessments (including but not limited to On-Job-Training)
