职位介绍:
主管,商品运营主要负责带领一个班次的快乐主人,达到日常运营标准,确保游客获得最好的购物体验。零售主管参与日常运营,协助经理团队以确保游客获得卓越的服务和购物体验,并参与演职人员(快乐主人)团队的发展、店铺陈列标准的执行维护和各项政策和流程的遵守。
工作内容:
· 在一天中安排演职人员(快乐主人)进行不同岗位的轮岗,安排不同岗位的工作,包括迎宾、收银、定制化服务、库存、陈列以及其他岗位的工作;
· 指导团队的演职人员并给予反馈,带动团队的工作积极性;
· 与其他业务部门的团队建立良好合作关系,以为游客提供卓越的服务;
· 确保零售商店日常营业的顺利开始与结束;
· 熟悉运营重点;
· 拥有防损意识,积极参与维护准确的库存;
· 能够优先考虑游客需求,具备优先管理和关注细节的能力;
· 能倾听和接受建设性回馈并予以改进;
· 确保团队演职人员的形象符合迪士尼要求;
· 完成上级布置的额外工作。
此外,基于业务的需求和演职人员的资质,演职人员会不定时地支持如下职责:
· 在各区域协助客流管控
· 为游客提供方位指引、问询解答、乐园信息等相关的帮助
· 确保工作区域的干净和整洁
· 协助其他工作(包括但不限于商品打包,行李搬运等)
· 确保上海迪士尼度假区的整洁并及时清理地面垃圾
· 在其他相关部门处理现金/POS机相关的工作(* 此仅适用于和现金/POS相关的工作岗位)
我们希望您:
· 有一年以上在同一家公司(零售,餐饮,酒店等等)专注于顾客服务的工作经验者优先;
· 具备标准流利的普通话沟通能力和良好的中文书面表达能力;
· 对待游客彬彬有礼,有出色的沟通能力和服务意识;
· 具有团队合作精神又能够独立解决问题;
· 热情洋溢,具有耐心,积极主动;
· 灵活性和适应性(适应户外工作,能胜任一定的体力劳动,包括长时间站立,经常性弯腰);
· 具有一定的抗压能力,能够应对紧急情况及同时处理多种事情
· 您需要取得上岗所需的任职资格证书,且完成并通过所有入职之后的培训及考核(包括但

Job Summary:
Lead, Merchandise is responsible for leading one shift of H/H, meeting the standard of daily operation, and ensuring guests to gain good shopping experience. Lead participates in daily operation, including assisting Guest Service Manager to ensure guests to gain excellent service and shopping experience, support H/H team development, visual merchandising execution and policy follow up.
What You’ll Do:
· Arrange different job rotation during daily work for H/H, including door greeting, cashier, tailor-made service, inventory management, visual merchandise and other jobs;
· Coach Cast Members and give feedback and motivate their working morale;
· Build up good relationship with other lines of business to provide excellent service to guests;
· Ensure stores daily operation with smooth opening and ending;
· Familiarity with operational priorities;
· Have a sense of loss prevention, actively participate in maintaining accurate inventory;
· Be able to prioritize guests’ needs and be equipped with priority management and detail-oriented;
· Listen and accept constructive feedback and make improvements;
· Ensure H/H to follow dress code according to Disney standards’;
· Perform additional duties as directed by leaders.
Based on business need and Cast Members’ credentials, below tasks will be assigned from time to time.
· Support guest flow in general, including in different locations
· Assist guests with directions, answer questions, provide information and solutions as needed
· Support cleaning work areas and guest areas
· Assist logistics and stocking
· Keep Shanghai Disney Resort clean by picking trash
· Handle cash or process POS in other LOBs ( * applicable to cash-handling/POS related jobs only)
What To Bring:
· Preferred those with one year above working experience in the company (Retail, F&B, Hotel, etc.);
· Possess standard and fluent Mandarin communication skills and excellent Chinese written expression abilities;
· Provide courtesy to our guests with good communication skills and a service mindset;
· A team player and be able to resolve problems individually;
· Energetic, patient, positive, proactive;
· Flexible and adaptable (Working in an outdoor environment and able to perform some physical labor, including standing for long periods of time and bending frequently.);
· Be able to handle stressful situations and be able to perform multiple tasks at one time.
· The role will obtain certificate or qualification(s) required for performing the job, and complete and pass all post-employment training and assessments (including but not limited to On-Job-Training);
· Using simple office software (Excel, PowerPrint, Word);
· Follow superiors' allocation of work to different stores.
· Full availability for any dates in a week and any shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays
