职位介绍:
在上海迪士尼度假区,琳琅满目充满迪士尼特色的商品将带领游客进入了一个神奇的世界。作为零售店铺运营(商品部)的快乐主人,在您微笑迎接游客的同时,需友好地与游客进行互动交流,协助他们挑选喜爱的商品,为他们创造神奇的时刻;快乐主人还将负责商品的管理、调拨、物流和仓储,维护店铺的日常运营。
工作内容:
· 零售店铺包括迎宾,收银,客制化服务,库存,陈列以及其他岗位的工作,提供更多选择建议以丰富游客的购物体验,在一天中按照排班进行不同岗位的轮岗
· 货品核心团队包括收货,补货,传递员,库存维护,以及基础服务的技能
· 完成上级布置的额外工作
我们希望您:
· 有一年以上在同一家公司(零售,餐饮,酒店等等)专注于顾客服务的工作经验
· 能够在度假区内外不同的区域工作,包括室内和室外,以及不同温度条件
· 较强的口头沟通能力(能主动积极与游宾客,同事和管理层沟通,建立联系)
· 具备标准流利的普通话沟通能力和良好的中文书面表达能力
· 服务意识,能主动为游客解决问题
· 能接受一周七天的灵活工作安排,并且能接受不同的班次,包括晚上,周末和节假日

Job Summary:
At Shanghai Disney Resort, we offer a great variety of merchandise with distinctive Disney elements that attracts thousands of guests each day and brings guests into a carefree world for a magical experience. As a Merchandise Host/Hostess, you welcome guests to our stores with a smile and friendly interaction, enriching their shopping experience. As a Heart of House Host/Hostess, you will serve as a receiver, floor stocker, runner and inventory control specialist to ensure successful daily store operations.
What You’ll Do:
· As greeter, cashier, host/hostess for customization service, stock helper, visual merchandise assistant and others in Front of House. Offer additional merchandise to go with their selection to enrich guests’ shopping experience. Rotate in different roles according to scheduling within one day
· As a part of the core product team you could be a receiver, floor stocker, runner, ICS (inventory controlling specialist) and guest-facing Cast in Back of House
· Perform additional duties as directed by leaders
What To Bring:
· At least one year of experience in a guest-facing role (retail, F&B, hotels, etc.)
· Must be able to work in multiple store locations throughout the Resort, indoor or outdoor, sometimes in hot or cold environment
· Strong verbal communication skills (able to positively engage with Guests, team members and management)
· Possess standard and fluent Mandarin communication skills and excellent Chinese written expression abilities.
· Excellent service awareness and ability to proactively fix problems for guests
· Full availability for any dates in a week and any shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays
