职位介绍:
零售店铺的快乐主人主要负责迎接游客,负责收银及店内秩序的维护,确保店铺货品的补充,补充其他营运物资和包裹的传递。在商店中,当有需要的时候,能够积极友好地与游客交流、协助游客选择喜爱的商品。积极帮助游客和同事,提供优质的服务和准确的信息(包括指路,游乐设施,演出安排等)。
工作内容:
· 欢迎游客并主动提供协助,发现游客的需求并帮助他们找到喜爱的商品并提供更多选择建议以丰富游客的购物体验;
· 赞美及肯定游客的选择;
· 友好并高效地处理收银交易
· 分享产品知识及产品背后的故事,了解并推广度假区的信息和活动;
· 100%执行公司所有政策和流程,包括收银和防损;
· 确保出勤及执行请假制度;
· 和孩子们互动;
· 能够同时帮助多位游客;
· 及时高效准确地补货并维护商品陈列的高标准;
· 学习不同岗位的工作,(包括但不限于迎宾,收银,客制化服务,能长时间在户外销售岗位以及其他岗位的工作) 在一天中按照排班进行不同岗位的轮岗;
· 服从上级调配工作于不同的店铺;
· 关注安全和潜在危险;
· 完成上级布置的额外工作。
此外,基于业务的需求和演职人员的资质,演职人员会不定时地支持如下职责:
· 在各区域协助客流管控
· 为游客提供方位指引、问询解答、乐园信息等相关的帮助
· 确保工作区域的干净和整洁
· 协助其他工作(包括但不限于商品打包,行李搬运等)
· 确保上海迪士尼度假区的整洁并及时清理地面垃圾
· 在其他相关部门处理现金/POS机相关的工作(* 此仅适用于和现金/POS相关的工作岗位)
我们希望您:
· 具备标准流利的普通话沟通能力和良好的中文书面表达能力;
· 对待游客彬彬有礼,有出色的沟通能力和服务意识;
· 具有团队合作精神又能够独立解决问题;
· 热情洋溢,具有耐心,积极主动;
· 灵活性和适应性(适应户外工作,能胜任一定的体力劳动,包括长时间站立,经常性弯腰);
· 能够应对紧急情况及同时处理多种事情;
· 您需要取得上岗所需的任职资格证书,且完成并通过所有入职之后的培训及考核(包括但不限于:岗前培训);
· 有在同一家公司(零售,餐饮,酒店等等)专注于顾客服务的工作经验者优先。
· 能接受一周七天的灵活工作安排,并且能接受不同的班次,包括晚上,周末和节假日

Job Summary:
Host/Hostess for Store operations (Merchandise) is responsible for greeting and interacting with our guests in a positive and friendly manner following the guest service model. This role is responsible for putting on the shelf, to ensure the replenishment of the products, replenishment of other operation supplies and package pick up and inventory controlling. When this role is in the store, if needed, as secondary responsibility, this role isalso responsible for greeting and interacting with our guests in a positive and friendly manner and assist them in selecting their favorite products. This role assists guests and Cast Members with directions, entertainment, show event schedules, and other information or assistance as needed to provide excellent guest and cast service.
What You’ll Do:
· Greet and approach guests to offer assistance, discover their merchandise needs and help them make their selection and offer additional merchandise to go with their selection to enrich guests’ shopping experience;
· Compliment and recognize guests' choices;
· Process all transactions in a friendly and efficient manner;
· Share product knowledge and the story behind the product, share resort information & promote synergy;
· Adhere to all Company policies and procedures, including cash handling procedures and loss prevention guidelines;
· Meet attendance and scheduling availability guidelines, adhere to leave application procedures;
· Interact with children;
· Help multiple guests;
· Follow stock replenishment procedures including stock processing, product fulfillment, heavy lifting, accuracy, and efficiency and maintain the high standards of visual merchandiser;
· Learn how to play the roles as host/hostess (including but not limited to greeter, cashier, customization service, stock helper, working in an outdoor for extended periods environment sales and others). Rotate in different roles according to scheduling within 1 day;
· Followsuperiors' allocation of work to different stores;
· Focus on safety and assess risks;
· Perform additional duties as directed by leaders.
Based on business need and Cast Members’ credentials, below tasks will be assigned from time to time.
· Support guest flow in general, including in different locations
· Assist guests with directions, answer questions, provide information and solutions as needed
· Support cleaning work areas and guest areas
· Assist logistics and stocking
· Keep Shanghai Disney Resort clean by picking trash
· Handle cash or process POS in other LOBs ( * applicable to cash-handling/POS related jobs only)
What To Bring:
· Possess standard and fluent Mandarin communication skills and excellent Chinese written expression abilities;
· Provide courtesy to our guests with good communication skills and a service mindset;
· A team player and be able to resolve problems individually;
· Energetic, patient, positive, proactive;
· Flexible and adaptable (Working in an outdoor environment and able to perform some physical labor, including standing for long periods of time and bending frequently. );
· Be able to handle challenging situations and be able to perform multiple tasks at one time;
· You will obtain certificate or qualification(s) required for performing the job, and complete and pass all post-employment training and assessments (including but not limited to On-Job-Training);
· Preferred those with working experience in the company (Retail, F&B, Hotel, etc.).
· Full availability for any dates in a week and any shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays
